PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
The ONE «real estate agent» that works there is a pathetic excuse for a real estate agent. This business is truly a cop out for someone as ignorant and lazy as he is. He gets all the profit and does not do ANYTHING. He showed me a home and could not stop begging for the payment that wasn’t even owed to him. He was so rude about getting the cash that he even asked over the phone before meeting up, making sure I had the money.
Once we met up I told him that I would stop by tomorrow to take care of the additional paper work and to drop off the application fee. This nasty, starving, pathetic, ignorant, DIRTY human asked how much did I have in my pocket at the moment!
He is disgusting. I really feel for anyone that has dealt with this disgusting human and has not spoken up. This place should be shut down. He is showing people any home he feels like showing, snatching the money and sitting back in his dusty and dirty little office. He doesn’t have any basic knowledge of what a real estate agent should do/​know. He filled out all of the papers wrong, left out important information and walked off with the money.
