Good quick service and quick delivery time. Not too many hot dish choices but Okinawa appetizer is to die for.

I really really dislike giving one stars, but that is how awful my experience at Ichi was. Ordered a pick up, when i went to go pick it up, she just handed me my meal and took my money. No greeting or smile. But that’s fine, cause I just came for the sushi. When i arrived home and opened the bag, the order wasn’t even mine! They gave me the wrong order, furious(because i was starving) I called and told me the issue. They wanted me to go back swap the meals because the other customer is waiting for his meal(the one that i have) FIRST, they should have confirmed and checked if what they handed me was my meal. Second, they want ME to go back to them? Okay sure let me just waste my time and energy on a mistake that should not have happened. and third, they were willing to give the order that I took home to another customer?!! After 10 minutes of arguing with the owner on the fine, I gave in. I went back to get me money back and picked up my original order(only because i was starving and craving sushi). The sushi itself was not even worth it. I ordered a ell avocado roll, might as well just order an avocado roll since there was barely any eel in it. Disgusting horrible service. I will definitely not return.

Horrible horrible service. The food was okay, but i went in to order for take out and the lady infront was just plain rude. I didnt even understand why since i was nicely ordering. But she shouted at me when i ordered. The place is clean and all but honestly the service just makes it unappetizing. Not coming back again

One word: horrific. Whoever wrote a comment saying the sushi is good has obviously never eaten sushi before. This place is a travesty. I came here on a whim with my family. Here was the one good pro: food came out quickly. HOWEVER– the food was horrible. The sushi was small and tasted as though the ingredients were not fresh whatsoever. The lunch-boxes were disgusting. Completely over cooked. Also, the staff was standing around talking extremely loudly to one another and being unbelievably rude. NEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN.

Idk why it only has 4 stars. I come here all the time. The setting is quiet and peaceful. The service is friendly and fast. The food is inexpensive, clean, & tastes amazing.

I get two orders of spicy california roll here once a week. I order takeout almost all the time but I’ve eaten in the restaurant once — the restaurant is nice and the staff is friendly and quick. For takeout, my order is always ready within 5 minutes. It’s a pretty good steal — 2 rolls for $ 6. Once I get off my addiction to the spicy california roll, maybe I’ll try some other rolls and appetizers.

Cool owners, I’ve been a regular since this place opened up. Sushi is good/decent, and place is clean. prices are low to average. 2.50 — 3.50 for regulars and 5.99 — 15.00 for fancy rolls. Everything else is also very reasonably priced. We have sushi bars on every block, and Ichi(I think) is the best.

Always fast and delicious! Great eel rolls and tuna tataki is always delicious and beautifully arranged. It’s a regular dinner spot for my boyfriend and I whenever I don’t feel like cooking.

Pretty average sushi place. But then again, in a neighborhood where there are 2 – 3 sushi restaurants on every block, it’s hard to stand out! The rolls here are pretty cheap($ 2.75/regular roll) but they do have more expensive special rolls. I ended up paying $ 6 for two regular rolls which I find very reasonable. I got the white tuna and the spicy tuna and thought that both of them were ok. Not bad but not outstanding. Very average. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap and filling meal and are craving sushi, check this place out! Plus the service is super fast so that’s a plus if you’re starving!

Best food. Cute little spot. Good price. Took over #1 spot around here after knocking Chikurin out the box. I even order a lot more variety from here than I would from other places(including spring rolls and gyoza.) I love you Chikurin, but you gots to go. Daddy got him a new boo and I dont care that she’s Ichi.

I came here recently with a friend this weekend for a late lunch. We had the Brooklyn Bridge. This was a meal for two. I notice there is a Love boat option as well but it’s for 3 people. Why is a love boat for 3 people??? Shouldn’t it be for 2? Just a comment… anyways, my Brooklyn bridge order was just okay. Yes looked fancy with the«boat» but the sushi was okay. It was actually made poorly to the point that it was falling apart as you pick it up with my chopsticks… I liked the booth tables, it made it cozy. Good for a date, wasn’t bright here. We also had fried green tea ice cream and it wasn’t bad. My overall experience was okay. Will I be back? Probably. Stop by if you don’t have high standards on sushi. Lol. Just a lunch.

I have been here multiple times. From sitting in to taking out and I love this place. Their food are great and affordable. The service here is good. The only problem I have is how long it takes for them to make the food. A lot of the time I just see the workers there lounging around and having a conversation. If they made the food more quickly then they would have gotten five stars.

WHYNOT5STARS? Sushi is great but not the best. The price is incredibly cheap and that balances it out. EXPERIENCE: I only do take out here but the restaurant itself seems nice. SERVICE: The food never takes long to make. FOOD: Everything is fresh! The avacado eel is my favorite the runner up would be the shrimp temperua.

I didn’t expect to come back here at all but I did, My brothers and sister took me here for dinner for my birthday last month. The sushi is pretty decent it’s not mushy or disgusting. It actually tasted pretty good. Even my aunt that doesn’t really like eating sushi likes the sushi here. The food presentation was was very neat. The service here is amazing. The waitress sat us down gave us enough time to look at the menu and came back to took our order. She would come back once in a while to check on us to see if the food was okay and to see if we needed anything. The price here is pertty decent not bad at all. Will definitely come back here !

So back here again for dinner with my parents. Today got the Brooklyn Bridge, Okinawa and some sushi. Brooklyn Bridge comes with a dragon roll and 2 soups/salads. The sashimi was ok according to my dad because he felt they were cheaper quality of the fish(salmon, yellowtail, tuna, spanish mackerel). I thought the dragon roll had too much cucumber. The Okinawa was delicious — salmon, yellowtail, tuna and masago(don’t really care for this) surrounded by a nice amount of avocado with spicy mayo and chef’s sauce drizzled all over. This was very yummy and nicely priced for the size. We also had eel sushi, which my mother felt was small — but really these days, that’s how small they come. The uni(jumbo) was fine, but to expensive at $ 4/piece and made my father question quality of the«regular» uni that was $ 3. I had an ikura maki which i liked, but didn’t like that, of course, the only roll that I wanted was more expensive marked up handwritten style($ 3.75 instead of the $ 2.75 for other rolls and ALL rolls marked up from $ 2.50 to $ 2.75). I also ordered the fried ice cream. Total 180 from the first time I got it. It was lovely and crispy and so yummy! This time it tasted like the green tea ice cream was shoved into Chinese sponge cake. Not what I wanted or expected and made me kick myself for not getting just plain green tea ice cream. Overall the food was decent, but little things here and there make me sad about how the quality of things in general have gone down while prices have gone up.

I don’t eat sashimi but I like their rolls here. The cost is so cheap also! They jacked up the price from 2.50 a roll to 2.75 but I still consider it affordable. I never tried their raw stuff so i can’t comment on it but in terms of rolls, it’s a deal!

Dinner on a Sunday evening, empty restaurant. Weird. Staff was friendly and nice. We only ordered the Love Boat for 3 but we had 4 people there and they still gave us each salad or soup of our choice. The sashimi and sushi were good. Great presentation even though we didn’t get our boat but instead a plate. Not a bad place to get some quick yummy sushi.

This is a small, cozy, casual sushi spot. We were extremely lucky that one of the 2 lovely wooden booths was empty and felt like VIPs sitting there. It’s draped with curtains and has cute pillows on the seats, very comfortable. I hope the guys reading this are taking notes, *hint* *hint* request those booths if they’re available, makes a casual date that much better. What I like about this sushi place is the amount of unique house specialty rolls they have. They have the buy one get one 50% off on their specialty rolls and there are other specials too. There were 3 of us and we decided on the love boat, yes I know what you’re thinking, why will 3 people order something like that, isn’t it a couple thing? But what the heck, we just wanted sushi on a boat. It came with soup, salad, various rolls, sushi, and sashimi. Raw pieces were fresh(I didn’t say super fresh) and the sushi rice was tasty, and also nicely presented.
