Honeydew Drop’s aim is to help families care for their children by providing excellent childcare and by fostering a feeling of community through our various services. We have been providing quality childcare to the Brooklyn community since 1999. Our curriculum of educational and creative enrichment programs provides a well-​rounded education for the WHOLE child.

We aslo have a great space for children birthday party ages 1 – 6

Business Owner

Fabiola Santos-​Gaerlan is the owner and director of Honeydew Drop Childcare Services.

After working for 15 years in the television industry as a producer and director, Fabiola realized that the highlight of her career was when she traveled all over the country interviewing children for a kid’s TV show. She has three children of her own whom she has been raising in a creative and intentional way. She co-​owns Honeydew with her husband Dave Gaerlan who is responsible for the financial administration of Honeydew Drop.
