Matt took care of a bunch of small repairs in our home, including fixing a sticky lock and insulating a door. He’s really nice, and was easy to coordinate with over email.

I found Handy Matt through another online forum after two earlier attempts to hire someone to come in and help hang a bunch of art in our new apartment.
The challenge is that our walls are plaster over brick and too hard for our usually sufficient tools. I was able to set up a time, Matt arrived early and prepared, after doing a quick survey of the 11 pieces, some of them oversized or oddly shaped, Matt set to work checking to make sure we were happy with the placement/​height of the pieces. He also took time to make sure things were level as well.
In all he was here for about 90 minutes. Everything looks great!
If you need a Handy man, Handy Matt is the guy for you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great experience working with Matt. We hired him to paint, install a light fixture, install blinds, install A/C’s, sheet rock over a doorway and a range of other projects. He did an impeccable job, was reliable, provided good value for the price and has a great attitude. We’re very pleased. Will definitely work with him again. Highly recommend Handy Matt.

Matt was fantastic! I called Matt because I needed an IKEA desk, chair, and shelf put together. He came the next day (he even offered to come that night, but I was unavailable). He was punctual, prepared, and kind. He did a great job for a very reasonable cost and completed under 45 minutes. I just moved and will be buying more furniture within the next two weeks. I will for sure be using Matt again.
