Business Owner
Daughter of Hali, the store’s namesake, and spouse of Albert, Diana is proud to continue the legacy left by her iron-willed father. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, but with roots deep in Cuba, Diana brings her smile, strong will and penchant for pleasing her customers to work everyday. Diana manages the front end of the store, while Albert tends the back office. Together, this dynamic duo strive to bring quality, class and elegance back to Bed-Stuy with the finest fresh cooked delicious foods and the cleanest store in the area.
