Generation 21 Daycare

I am giving this place 2 stars because they make their own food and the menu is quite nice for a daycare, better than I’ve seen elsewhere. The pricing is also decent… BUT… Beware that this daycare hires inexperienced people to take care of the kids, and they don’t do much more than just watch them and hand them toys. I know that not every place can have real teachers but I would expect at least some basics of child education knowledge, or AT THE VERY LEAST some interest in dealing with kids. 2 separate workers I’ve dealt with in the youngest group didn’t engage the children at all, didn’t play with them or teach (this is a 2 year old group), and my child couldn’t wait to get out of there with tears in his eyes and had no attachment to any of the workers, which is very unlike him.
I would strongly recommend looking at other places in the area, because despite the nice new building G21 doesn’t have much to offer to a developing child.

Best daycare in Brooklyn!! I have my kids there and I’m very happy with them .i recommend to Avery parent this daycare.

My sister is not that tech savvy so she begged me to write this for her. She loves this place! She would love to be a stay at home mom (wouldn’t we all) but living in Brooklyn doesn’t afford her that opportunity. She did a lot of research before she chose Generation 21 for my nephew and she couldn’t be happier.
We are both happy that my nephew is in a place that is safe (in this day and age you can never be too careful). The staff is great and super helpful and I know that my nephew is in good hands.
