I ordered a caramel iced latte, and when served a big cup of milk with caramel in the bottom, I questioned if there was any coffee in it. The associate told me the «lattes don’t have coffee in them, it’s the caramel that makes them look brown». I didn’t want to stand and argue with her so ordered a regular hot coffee with milk… They got that wrong too! Result– stood in the store for ten minutes and still didn’t get a coffee.

If you ever wonder why this location has only 3 stars it would more than likely be due to the shift leader with the nasty f*cking attitude. Not my 1st time in here but this point it’ll probably be my last!

This place is half Dunkin’ Donuts half Baskin Robbins. I can only speak for the Dunkin’ Donuts half.
My only complaint is that Google says that this place opens at 5 AM. I was there at 5:45 AM this morning, and they didn’t open until 6 AM. I’m not sure if this is their actual regular opening hours, but it was unpleasant to walk all the way there in the rain only to find that it hadn’t opened yet.
The Boston Kreme donuts look different on different days. Yesterday it was the traditional round donut shape, and today it was a smaller star shape with a small amount of extra white icing on top.
Other than that, they are fast and polite. My mom loves their coffee.

The shop is conveniently located above the G train station at Bedford-​Nostrand (Nostrand side)
I can’t say much for the employees, it seems to be one of those places were everyone hates their job and takes out their frustrations on costumers. But it’s DD and Baskin robbins and ice cream is always a good idea, so there’s that

Depends on the day you go. Sometimes they run out of popular flavors. Only dunkin in area so it’s presence gets three stars.
Right above train, so it’s very helpful if you have to catch one.
I like when the real workers are present. They clean and still give service with a smile.

Tastes the same as other Dunkins but the staff (especially the females) give a lot of attitude if they get even slightly stressed out. They are understaffed usually, or there’s always someone on break that won’t come back out to help during a rush.
