My white Ralph Lauren L/S shirt came back red. The white silk shirt i had dry cleaned because that is the only way to keep the wrinkles out came back with a stain on the sleeve. I provided them with hangers for clothes that cant be dried, they hung shirts and pants on the hangers randomly, folding pants over shirt hangers so they wrinkle and don’t dry, and using pants hangers for shirts. Instead of using a pants hanger to hang a strapless dress with a crocheted knit top, they stretched the top of the dress around a shirt hanger, and now the strapless dress is stretched and no longer stays up on it’s own. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience, that was one of my favorite shirts.

I’m a bit pissed off. I always write a note and provide it with my laundry to them. No bleach, no fabric softener, no alternative bleach — sensitive skin. The last time they returned my laundry, it was drowning in the smell of fabric softener and by appearance, it’s easy to see they used alternative bleach — the color is lighter than it was. That’s the last time I use these people. Why is it so difficult for laundromats to follow the brief written instructions you give them? If customers are not properly taken care of, there will be no business. I’ve been finding that most laundromats do the job right the first or second time only. All bets are off, thereafter. But they’re more than happy to keep taking your money. I also provided a bottle of detergent that I never saw again.

I have them pick up and deliver my laundry. Pretty cheap and very nice. they wrap your laundry in a bag before putting it in your laundry bag. Usually very quick. Nothing but nice things to say about them

I have used other services in Bay Ridge and this one is the best! Their prices are reasonable, I know they are using the tide/downy that I give them bc they send the bottles back with unused stuff, my laundry smells amazing, and the drivers are very courteous!

I use their pick-up/drop off service on a weekly basis and they are flexible and our clothes come back neatly folded, soft and smelling great. Their drivers are very friendly as well. I’ve tried at least 6 – 7 different services and Crystal Bubbles is definitely the best. Will try them out for drycleaning next.

Love, love, love! I just moved to Bay Ridge and I love how helpful the staff is and how cozy the laundromat is. I had two blazers dry cleaned for a shockingly low price, and I am very happy with how it came out.

frustrating to do pick up and delivery as they have no sense of time and kind of show up when they feel like it. clothes come back clean and they have not lost anything(yet) but it can be an awfully stressful experience.

Moved to Bay Ridge recently and found the below reviews helpful. Very clean place and very good service. They keep an eye on things and make sure all of their customers get what they need. I almost don’t want to share this because then it will mean more people will check them out. ;)

If you are having them do your laundry this place is the worst. They don’t drop off at the time you specify. You wait around for them as if you have no life. They broke a Victoria Secret bra in half. Than they had the nerve not tell me and send my laundry with a bra broken in half. Now my curtains are missing. I will not be sending my laundry here any longer. Send at your own risk.

Clean and convenient with amenities and good prices. The self-serve machines come in three sizes(s, m, l) and the small machine takes a full load or up to 20lbs at only $ 2.00 a load and takes approx. 32 minutes. The dryers are large industrial and it is 25 cents/6 minutes. I put my load in for 30 minutes at $ 1.25 on medium, and three men’s jeans and tshirts and women’s jeans and shirts were plenty dry. Probably a normal load would finish in $ 1.00 and 25 minutes or less. Staff seems nice and keeps the area clean. There is a TV for guests waiting for the laundry, and at the time they were playing children’s shows to keep the kids busy while their moms folded. There is free wifi with a strong signal and plenty of magazines. They supply one-time use tide, softener, etc. in a machine and have a quarter machine that takes 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollar bills. It’s nice that the staff is on location because you can ask questions and also drop your dry cleaning or wash-and-fold laundry off instead of doing it yourself. Will be a regular.

This place is excellent. Great service, very helpful and friendly staff plus free WiFi. I got there at 8:05PM on a weeknight and then came back at 8:30PM to do another load of laundry. So, the 8PM last wash is not a hard rule. Obviously, it is best to get there earlier so you’ll be done by 9. But they let me stay after they closed to fold clothes. Brand new machines and washers have a fast cycle of 17 minutes – not bad for $ 2. I highly recommend this place if you live in the neighborhood. Great people.
