2013 – 2015: Trained and became a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach. My life coaching training helps you find your unique truth and deepest values. I then help you release the thoughts and beliefs that keep you clinging to things that block you from your most vibrant and happy life. I now work exclusively over the phone (and occasional video chats).
