Parking lot! Always a win for me when I can find a parking lot attached to any store. Naturally, it’s small. Inside it’s no frills — some Burger Kings have been updated in terms of décor, but not this one — so, it’s simple seating, very bland colors, fluorescent lighting. Often see a lot of kids/families in here because of their playground/pen. It can be annoying to hear all that screaming or having little people run in and out while their parents diddle on their phones. Have about two, maybe three, registers for ordering. Overall a small area to order and get your food from. When it’s busy, there can be a back up, so there is a huge cluster of people both ordering and waiting for their food. Burger King food is always the same across the board; this is no different. The workers aren’t exactly friendly, but they do their job.

Pulled up to drive thru & greeted with a «yeah»… Pulled up to the window to see a young punk & a whiff of pot… Enough said…

Unlike other Unilocalers, I had 2 good experiences at this location during my visit to Brooklyn. Got the little chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings. They were all good and as expected. Call me lucky I guess. Even my son told me of some of his unpleasant experiences. The floors were greasy and with the rain water it was slippery. We didn’t dine in because Id rather sit on my sons porch steps and watch the pace of the NYC go past me. Not bad-not great 3 stars.

If I could give no stars, I would. I came here at 10:30am on a Thursday. No body was on line nor waiting for their order. It took them 4 minutes to finally get someone to take our order. The people were not friendly, not even a smile. One of the employees who was working the drive thru was yelling at the employees who worked in the back as cooks to make the customers food. Employees were just standing around talking to each other. Terrible service…

Slowest fast food ever. Zero efficiency whatsoever. Hard to believe these companies make billions in profit while providing service worth pennies. They take your order and take your money and say oh we don’t have that after making you wait for 12 minutes. Unbelievable

I would give them a –10 stars if theres such thing. Rude drive thru. They don’t have any drinks on menu. When I went to counter, 5 burger king middle eastern kids was all chilling and not working. Threw me the sandwichs and that was it. But ok I am hungry, I order 2 X-Large Pull Pork burger. When I open it at home bread is the size of hotdog the left 2 and right 2 inches of burger is empty I Have 2 little onions, and 2 little pickle and 2 quarter size of pork. I can order $ 1 hotdog on the street with more 10 times more meat then this and took them 10 minutes to make this. I should have Unilocal this Freaking Middle eastern joint. Staff 0 of 5 — None Existent Food 0 of 5 — NASTY — I mean Its a joke. Wait time 0 of 5 — Horrible Décor 0 of 5 — Terrorist Overall –10

I know that it not trendy, and i know that everybody are about healthy food, but once in a while it is ok to get some comfort food, and Burger King is a great idea. But i must say that this time was a bit disappointing. I was waiting inline, and the young woman who work at the cashier chose for some reason to assist someone else before me. When i asked why, she looked at me and were like: OK, come first. Like she is doing me a favor for servicing me first. Thank god she wasnt the one who also make the food, because it was good. Juicy and delicious like burget King knows.

Now I don’t normally order fast food but I was particularly hankering for some fries and a chicken sandwich. Staff was extremely unpleasant and noticed they had parked one of their bikes in the play pen area. I wasn’t there to use that particular facility but it was very strange and especially unsafe if there were kids in there. The guy at the register greeted me with, «yo». After I ordered again he said, «yo your food is ready.» I stared at him and he just shoved the tray my way. After I had sat down I noticed that each and everyone of my items from the sandwich, to the fries, and the mozzarella sticks were all barely warm. This was the worst fast food experience I had in my life… And that should say a lot considering I eat fast food like two times a year.

I was there few days ago and I ordered double whopper meal but guess what I got just regular whopper. They hire a kid not even 13 years.

The workers here seem to have a «I don’t care» attitude. I came in around lunch time hoping to grab some chicken fries before work and every table was covered in crumbs. Do you guys not clean the table? At least sweep it to the floor or something to give the customers the appearance that you are doing something. –_– Their food… well, it is burger king. You should know what to expect from this establishment. They have a play area for kids. This burger king is pretty big compared to others in the chain.

My favorite food from here are the nuggets. I cant get enough of them, I mean literally. This is the third time I purchased 20 piece nuggets, get charged for it and they give me a baggy of 8 nuggets. When I specify things so they dont forget especially the cheese in the burger somehow they always forget it. I almost never get my honey mustard sauce for my nuggets. I live really close by so I order from them more often than any restaurant. This forgetfulness of burger king workers probably only work night shifts because this only happens to me at night. In the day time, everything is back to normal and I get good service. I rarely go in the daytime because at night when Im hungry since its 24⁄7 and only 4 blocks from me, I can walk my dog to their drive thru and order. So quick and easy but with speed there comes a lack of accuracy which makes me so sad because I feel ripped off. Once I ordered dr. pepper for my drink and I got orange soda. I dont look at whats inside the bag or what my drink is before I go because Im usually with my puppy and he requires a lot of attention. Hes very big and if I dont control him, hes dragging me all over the place. Its sort of my fault for not checking BUT seriously, whats the point of me telling them my order when they are going to just change it? Also I pay just the same even though I pay for what I dont get. Ugh I hope me typing this out will help remind me either not to go there anymore or for me to summon all of my courage and give them a complain.

Always a big Burger King fan. When I ordered the food nothing to complained about I loved the experiencing there. The only downside was when I asked for more ring sauce to go lady only gave me one pack.

I used to go here often just because it’s the closest one but a few times I’ve been there, they’ve prepared my food WITHOUTGLOVES. So their nasty ass hands(that are constantly used for texting) are all over my food and other people’s food. One time I went and the girl was texting while I was waiting for her to take my order and every time I said something she said«just a second» while she finished her text. Another time these brats were talking to each other and not listening while I was trying to order so finally I went«HELLO!!!» Right to the cashiers face. These people are so rude, unprofessional and don’t follow food regulation standards. They have a B rating for a reason. Don’t go here. I promise it’s not worth it.

One of better local Burger Kings, especially for having a parking lot and a drive-thru. The service is bad, but as expected of a Burger King. Food has been pretty consistent with other BKs, but they always seem to forget to give you napkins and condiments.

The worst Burger King I’ve been to. I came here twice already to get their new chicken fries, a week apart from each other and end up telling me the same story that they don’t have it when they’re advertising it everywhere, outside Burger King and inside their store. This is the last time I give this Burger King my money. I walked so far to tell me they don’t have it, AGAIN !!!

This Burger King has the biggest burgers out of all the Burger kings I ever been to… I’ve been to a lot of burger kings but I never had a whopper the size of my face… seating are ok… there four seats in every table. About ten tables… there’s a mini playground for children to play around while there done with there meals. workers there are kinda rude… they don’t have as much patient as a Cashier should have… if you think to long on ur order they would get snappy which i don’t even understand why… the prices are bearable. same as all fast food places… they have a drive thur… food comes out fast so not a long wait… but many people come here for lunch so it usually packed. There’s a big parking lot! So no need to worry about parking!

I come here often because of their convenient drive through and because it’s so close to where I live. I feel that this place is unprofessional because every time I come here, the employees are always joking around, laughing and throwing things at each other. That is not a good look for your customers. The last time I came, I ordered a whopper junior, a fish sandwich(because my brother does not eat meat) Fries and onion rings. When I got home, we realized that they gave me someone else’s order. Chicken Nuggets, Whopper, Chicken Sandwich and Fries. Not only did my brother not have dinner, someone else out there is stuck with something they probably didn’t like. Maybe they should stop playing around so much and concentrate on their work so they won’t mess up anymore orders.
