Chadon (owner and trainer) is fun, motivational, and professional! He offers new clients a free evaluation assessing your current physical shape, build, and future goals. He devises plans specific to each member– keeping in mind any injuries or impairments. I look forward to my weekly sessions of butt-​kicking!
If you’re not interested in a trainer-​membership, the open gym is great too! Always kept clean, members are respectful of space and equipment. Chadon provides all the tools a big gym would have from lifting to cardio to fresh towels. Great hours, come and go as you please, and play your music!

I love this place. It’s literally the only personal training/​gym remotely in the Crown Heights/​Prospect Heights area. Chandon, who owns Brooklyn Fit Lab, is amazing. He is a trained physiotherapist and helped me with my IT band issues with massage and strength therapies. He holds his trainers to a high standard and when he is not available and I have to train with another trainer, I’m not disappointed.
Brooklyn fit lab offers classes as well and has membership packages. I am so psyched that there are fitness options becoming available!
I had to have surgery for some health issues over the past year so I haven’t been able to train with Chandon and his team, but I’m looking forward to signing up whenI am back on my feet!
Highly recommended!
