We are award winning Pet Care Specialists serving Northern Brooklyn. We are all about quality, not quantity. Each pet is treated like our own and «adopted» into the Brooklyn Bark Family. Each pet has their own dedicated care giver and an emergency backup. You will never worry who or when your pet has been looked after with our state-​of-​the-​art online GPS tracking system. You will be notified when visits/​walks start and end as well as prowess reports and GPS locations

Each team member has gone through a rigorous background check and training process. Members are chosen based on previous animal handling specialization and then go through Bklyn Barks unique training process that includes Pet Tech First Aid/​CPR certification by our on staff instructor.

History

Established in 2010.

We combine high passion with high tech to care for your pet and exceed your expectations. Founded by artist, Rachel Bowers, Brooklyn Bark employs musicians, artists, writers — all passionate people — who love animals.

Each staff member has extensive animal background, is pet CPR/​first aid certified, bonded and insured. Each client has an online account to request walks, view their schedule and track care.

All care is «proof positive» that is has been delivered as the client receives an automatic email when the Care Associate scans into the client’s apartment, gets to see a map generated of the actual walk and receives an email update on their pet along with the scan-​out automatic email.

Brooklyn Bark treats clients like family and becomes extended «family» for all our Barkers’ pets.

We set the bar high and continually amaze our Barkers as we meet and exceed their expectations.

Brooklyn Bark was founded by Rachel. She is the driving force behind the company — providing care that would be acceptable to her high expectations in the care of her own animals.
