Specialties
The national dish of Colombia? The popular and best selling dish of Bogota Latin Bistro: our Bandeja Paisa.
Empanadas? We got’em! People love’em. What more can I tell you?
Mojitos and Caipirinhas? No one makes them the way we do. Why? Because we pay attention to details here and make sure they’re made right with no short-cuts like other places.
Arroz con Pollo. Boneless, seasoned shredded chicken served up with delicious sweet plantains, black beans and tropical cole slaw. Yum.
History
Established in 2005.
Founded in July of 2005 by a couple of guys with no money, no experience but wanted to open up the best latin restaurant ever. Taking a $ 90 dollar 16 week business course (wibo.org), helped launch a restaurant that has become a destination spot, garnered media attention and is on a mission to promote the foods and beverages of latin america in a warm, welcoming environment.
