Stopped by to grab breakfast on our way out of town. Ordered 4 egg, cheese and bacon sandwiches and they were really good. It’s a bagel place in NYC, so of course you have to grab a baker’s dozen to go. Everything, even my iced coffee, tasted great leaving everyone in the car satisfied.

There is always a line here in the weekends; probably because they are understaffed during rush hour. I don’t like the coffee here. It’s very weak. I’m okay with the bagels though. I don’t know if ordering by phone is the way to go because there are days where the phone would ring nonstop and the boys would not pick up because there is a line going out the door. Again. Understaffed. I really wish they have higher quality coffee. I now walks bit further to get coffee from a Chinese bakery and then walk back here for a bagel to go.

I’ve been here a couple of times and would have to say they are pretty decent with sandwiches. All the prices are shown up in the menus. The godfather sandwich has a good variety and amount of meat; with a hero I was adequately stuffed and made a second meal out of it. I also had a Philly cheesesteak on a roll, which was very decent.(Thank you man who had his credit card declined and couldn’t buy his food and me buying the sandwich at half the price) for the price, I think it’s a little bit over priced but it tastes good. If you pay cash, they won’t charge you tax. Only if you pay by card, will they ring you up extra.

I’ve been coming here every weekend for the past year and every time I’m satisfied with the service and the food. Their bacon egg and cheese is above average when ordered with extra cheese, and the Philly Cheesesteak is crazy delicious. The bagels are good, and the coffee is my favorite coffee in the area. The team that works there is always friendly and kind. They play Fuse on TV which is fun, but the seating can be scarce at times so it’s worth it to order to go. Bay Bagels is a super reliable and tasty option for this part of BK.

Customer service there sucks they don’t care about anything especially the big Mexican lady. She slapped cream cheese on a bagel and threw it at me. worst place ever!!!

The last time I came in here I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with a can of Pepsi. The staff works pretty fast in my opinion. The prices are standard like any other place you can visit. The store is quiet small which is the only negative thing about my experience. It can get crowded at certain times. Either than that, I love it. Their sandwiches are cocked right to a point where your mouth becomes watery from observing their cooking. The sandwich wasn’t greasy like other places I visited before and the eggs weren’t coming out of the sandwich on your hands making them greasy. The staff themselves are King and use gloves when they cook. Highly recommend checking it out ! :)

I was a former customer of this place up until a recent exchange over the phone. To sum it up, they were out of everything I had wanted to order. On top of that, they were out of rolls and heroes. The employee shut the phone in my face because I was hesitant as to what I wanted to order due to their absence of all that I originally wanted. Be wary of the unwarranted disrespect that the employees have towards customers. This place lost my business for good.

The place has decent bagels, sandwiches are pretty good but be careful about leaving before you check your order. Sometimes the place is so busy you get a real surprise when you get home to enjoy your order.

We’ve been coming here for our wkend breakfast almost every other wkend. Their philly cheesesteak was one of the first sandwiches we tried and it was very good! And thas coming from a girl who isnt a huge fan of philly cheesesteaks! This store has soon become our go to store for breakfast. We really like their tuna salad on bagel, my son loves the sausage egg and cheese. Hes only 5 and can finish a whole sandwich by himself, i like their pancakes and omelettes. However, my only complaint is that today when we went there, not sure if it was a new guy but he kinda rushed us with our order. My sister was not finished ordering and he walked away to start on the order. Then when we asked to make sure he got our last order he repeated it and said yes. But we ended up coming home to find out he gave us the wrong sandwich so she didnt get her favorite tuna salad on a bagel. Instead she got someone else’s eggs bacon and home fries on a bagel. I understand there were a lot of customers but u should still learn to double check.

Great sandwiches, breakfast and service. Their roast beef sandwich is a favorite(my girlfriend likes it with extra pickles)! The bagels are fresh and good and the spreads are tasty. These guys are great.

It is refreshing to finally have a bagel place where the coffee measures up to the food! The bagels are delicious and I have probably been eating them more often than i should. They make a really good philly cheese steak sandwich too. The store is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I enjoy coming into the store everyday and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces that work there.

I was excited to have a bagel store right in my neighborhood. Bay Bagels is an ok kind of place, nice and clean with a nice assortment of appetizers and things, good service at the counter and a few tables. The bagels themselves are kind of ok, which is actually a bit of a disappointment and the reason for the low rating, In Denver or Allentown, their bagels might get them 4 or 5 stars. In Brooklyn, I sadly rate them 3 stars The texture and taste of the bagels are generic, not distinctive, More on par with what you might get at Dunkin Donuts than a real Brooklyn bagel. Of course the appetizing and toppings for the bagels are far above Dunkin, so if you want an ok bagel with something tasty on it, Bay Bagels is a welcome addition. But disappointing because in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, you expect a little better than a kind of ok bagel.

New Bagel place, got a few breakfix samwitches and a coffee… I asked them not to put the coffee in the bag, and then I left it on the counter, stoney baloney mistake on my part. Otherwise, so far so good.
