Atlantis Printing

Have used these guys several times for various flyer and pamphlet work for our business. Their prices cannot be beat and they do great work. Turn around time is quick and they are very professional. They can take a mock up or finished product and deliver what you need. Definitely recommend!

I’ve never had the motivation to write a Unilocal review before, so hopefully that speaks to how much I mean it when I say this:
Don’t go here. And if you’re going to anyway, at the very least, do not order your stuff over the phone. I was printing something from their in-​store computer. Meanwhile, people were calling in to pay for their orders over the phone. They’re giving out incredibly private credit card information, and they kept the phone on speaker the entire time. I easily could have used someone else’s credit card information if I wanted to. They did this about 3 or 4 times before I left.
Also, no point in being redundant, but I had the same experience as Virginia.
If you don’t care about people stealing your credit card information or being ripped off for using their computer to fix a single typo, this place is perfect for you! :D

So it looks like I’ve been happy w/​Atlantis Printing now for 4 years! I was recommended to use their services by a fellow entrepeneur and I can say they never disappoint. We get our business cards and all promotional flyers printed here and it’s always a pleasure to work with Sam and his daughter!
They have matt, color printing for both sides and are very very accommodating!
They continue to have my highest recommendation!

I first came to this printing shop due to all the positive Unilocal reviews that this place had, and i see why they get great reviews. They print everything and i mean everything in the best quality i ever got from any other printer. Damn vista print and everyone else compared to these guys. The cheapest prices i have ever found anywhere and the quality of their stuff is the best. They make most products on 16pt stock which no one out there does!!! Very impressed with their service. Would give them a million stars, thanks atlantis for all the years in business. Been with them for 12 years now

Came here to print and they told me to use the paid computer to pull up my files. Are you kidding me? You want me to pay an extra $ 5 on top of printing just to pull my files up for 2 minutes? The $ 5 is suppose to cover 15 minutes and then they said it would be $ 2 if I use it for 2 minutes, uh no sir. Your math is off, it would be 60 cents for 2 minutes if it was $ 5 for 15 mins.
Yeah, no.

Unilocal sucks !! I love atlantis printing

I needed a last minute, quick two page printing job done. I opened my Unilocal application and did a search. I have ran into issues where I was charged $ 7 for printing 2 pages because I had to access the internet. I trust the Unilocal community and was in the market for a place that could print two pages without breaking $ 5. To my dismay, I walked in cash in hand and was told to email my document. I did not have to pay for internet to access my email, the owners told me to send it over and they will print. I was ready to fork over some dollars but I was only charged a quarter!

Wanted black and white, front printed business cards only, and he had my cards ready for pick-​up in 1 hour. I went on a Saturday, just had a plane horse mane (actually I had no picture or logo, I just made up that expression) simple all-​text design, and I was impressed with the speed of service for the price when I was in a *bind*.

This place is terrible. Customer service sucked I mean if you wanna photo copy a piece of paper then by all means go for it but if you would like them to do a real copy or printing job then be prepared for no assistance or extremely rude help. I went on there website, which barerly worked only 2 out of the 10+ links worked, and I found some pretty kool magnetic save the dates so I called them to ask some questions about it and was told I could come in and look at what they have to offer I asked what time they close and I went I’m around 6:30 knowing they close at 7. When I walked in, I guess it was the owner, looked at me as if he wanted to say what the hell are you doing here. Then proceded to have me stand there and wait for the lady working there deal with me. Through out my 10 minutes there he mumbled as I looked through their books and treated me like I don’t even know what. Theu deserve busy from no one until he gets fired. The place is also dirty and stink.

It’s a tiny place, for printing A4 it works well. Cheap and usually fast.

Okay, I used this place only based on the amount of positive Unilocal reviews.
I had a very small printing job… five 11×17 posters in color. That is all. I called them to ask if they could do exactly that. The man on the phone said, in a very calm voice, that they could do it and that it would only be $ 1.00 each. Surprised that I was quoted such a low price, I asked what kind of file they needed (I know different printers sometimes prefer certain cropping/​bleed/​etc). He said «PDF». He said to email the file.
So I emailed the file, specifying in the email that we had spoken on the phone only a few minutes prior, etc. I got no response. Called the next morning to double check. Only THEN did they acknowledge receipt of the file. I asked how long, he said it would be done immediately.
I arrive a few hours later to pick up. The man from the phone asks if I’ve sent the files (this is after 2 phone calls and an email). They find the file, open it, only to inform me that he can ONLY PRINT TO 12×18!!! I asked why. His response «I can only do 12×18″. I asked if he could cut to 11×17. His response…“NO». Why? His «machine isn’t big enough and can only cut business cards». I had been very very polite to this point, but this was now getting ridiculous. Not only did they not print the job (or even a sample), but I was now informed that he could NOT give me the size I needed, the size he had initially said he could supply. I had these damn posters designed for 11×17!!!
He prints a sample… and this is where it got ridiculous. He prints on to a heavy card stock. For a poster. When I ask what his other paper options are he said «that’s it… that’s my only paper for that size». WHAT??? How does this place not carry 11×17??? That is standard «ledger» size! And his only paper option in a larger size is a card stock??? (Admittedly, I should’ve found out the paper option before this point in time, but I just could not fathom a «printer» using card stock for a poster.) Because my poster was designed specifically for 11×17 and he printed to 12×18, there ended up being a white border around it. I asked him if he could do anything to get rid of it… he said «your file is not bleed». YES IT IS YOU IDIOT, BUT ITS AN 11×17 bleed file… NOT 12×18!!!
It was at this point I realized that his «calm» voice was actually the voice of someone who was apathetic and had no intent on trying to give me what I needed. I offered to pay whatever I needed to get the results I wanted. This man had no intention of trying to achieve those results. He simply did not seem to care.
If what he says is true, and they are that limited in paper sizes and paper stock options, I doubt this place is good for anything beyond business cards and simple letter-​sized projects.
To put it bluntly… this was horrible service.

Look no further! The folks here do a great job. The shop is tiny, so run some errands while they finish up. Or if you stay you can chat with Lorena, who is an amazing person.
There is a minimum for credit cards– $ 25 I think– but they are great. It’s worth the trip to the ATM for small jobs :)

After being disapointed countless times by major printing centers such as Office Max, Staples, Kinkos to name a few that hire employees that refuse to oblige by their job title. I went online in search for printing center and I came across Atlantis Printing and Copying Center on Unilocal.I called and he said to come on down they were open until 5 pm. I arrived their 4:40 pm. Mr. Sam was so paitient excellent customer service. He printed my order on the spot and he never complained that i was there 45 min after closing time. I am so excited that they’re are still business that value the true meaning of customer service. Please support our small business in our neighborhoods they posses that little something that means a lot that these major companies have forgotten. To Mr. Sam, Thank You you service and customer service means a lot.

staples be damned, i love this little hole-​in-​the-​wall! i always come here to get stickers made for my band, it’s super affordable and super fast (usually less than 10 minutes!) sam’s alright, but i have a feeling the woman that works with him is really the brain of the operation– wish i knew her name, she’s great!

Atlantis was very communicative with me about what my printing needs were, and I was shocked when the reciept only came to $ 18 (which included 4 of 5 medium sized print jobs!)… 30 cents for a color print is pretty hard to beat in NYC. Plus, they cut down all my handbills with their industrial papercutter FOR FREE! I am going to tell all my friends about Atlantis. What a great find!

Don’t even bother considering any other places for your printing and copying needs. Seriously. There’s no better place.
We took our wedding invitations in to Sam at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Over the phone, Sam said the job would take about 10 days. But once we got there, pulled up the file and picked the paper, he offered to just do them all then and there.
The cost was half, HALF, of what we were quoted at any of the lame printing conglomerates. And the quality was perfection.
Sam is the man.
