FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This location is expeditiously efficient, it’s not a full service location like Court Street, however there are two computers, a lap top station, a full self service copier and excellent customer service.
This store is conveniently located Downtown Brooklyn within walking distance of the courts, MTA transportation, and Sephora, (yall know I’m a regular at Sephora).
When I walked through the door the sales associate was smiling seriously she was smiling, she welcomed me to the store… she chimed «good morning».seriously. She was courteous and knowledgeable about my shipping and packing needs and laminated some materials for an audit for our funders, all of which seemed completed effortlessly.
I was in and out in 15 minutes, 15 minutes that NEVER happens at the Court Street location.
I’m sold on this location and FedEx Kinkos. I do not live in the area but will visit this location again because of the deep appreciation for outstanding customer service.

With panic in my eyes I burst through the Fed Ex doors holding a file and a cumbersome box. My company had to get something shipped by the next morning or heads would roll! I was happy to see that the location was very much uncrowded and quiet on a beautiful November afternoon. Not knowing what to do as it was my first time ever at FedEx I approached a friendly looking man (Kevin) who looked ready to help. Unfortunately he told me FedEx was having an issue with accepting checks so I had to get cash. I then came back and this time attempted to figure out the easy to use computer system they have set up by the door. I found it to be super easy and the size of the optional boxes along with their prices were easily spotted. I quickly entered my information and approached Kevin again who in under 5 minutes had me out the door. I was pleased with FedEx and would recommend this location and their Customer Service (very nice people on the phone) again!

Virtually impossible to call a store and ask if their copiers are currently back on line. This appears not to be an important aspect of fedex business model, as there are no options in their call in filter the customer phone options. Incredibly annoying. Tried three times and walked over to the store…

Staff member was slow, unhelpful, and not friendly, and not only with my order but with a few other customers as well. Seemed annoyed that we were there. What should have been quick and painless was long and unpleasant.

This location has issues with logging into Yahoo. I use time to have them help me login. The server always times out. In terms of location its an excellent spot. I prefer this location over Court Street. There’s only 2 PC’S and one station for a laptop.

While its great that you can reroute your FedEx shipped packages I find their stores/​pickup locations in Brooklyn to be less than fantastic. Like not even close to fantastic. And then I stepped into the location on Atlantic and was shocked to find that it did not smell, was not dark and dingy, and actually had a staff that gave a damn.
It was quite refreshing actually.
FedEx at Atlantic & Smith is a clean updated store and had no line at all around 7pm last night. Staff was friendly and was able to pull my package from the back room quickly. The lack of customers may have had something to do w/​the fact that this location isn’t exactly close to the subway (the 2/​¾/​5/​F are all within 4 or so blocks) so there aren’t dozens of people rushing in to make copies and ship packages. If you don’t mind a short walk — select this location to do your packing/​printing needs — it’s the closest you’ll get to fantastic FedEx’s.

Needed to print something but neither of their 2 (yes, 2) computers were working. If you’re only going to have 2 computers, maybe you should make it a priority that at least one of them is operational.

My customer service experience with Fed-​Ex:

What can you really say about fedex? Its FedEx. Standard shipping, copying faxing, etc. LOL. This is a new location and the service is good.

Okay soo i was such ina rush and needed to scan the deeds to my house onto my USB when i first arrived to the Kinkos their was about 3 individuals on the line. I had to puchase a kinkos card. Long story short i was itch for time and didnt have enough cash to refill my card so the csr gave me a dollar and shortly thereafter brought my usb in which i left in computer (Ahhhh!) out to me. Very kind natured staff. Document scanning is a little tedious should have atleast 5 – 7 dollars to complete process in good matter of time

I have very low expectations when it comes to FedEx. This location is about a year old, and it has exceeded most of them thanks to Alex, the manager.
She knows her biz. Along with the automated machine across from the desk, she can take care of pretty much all of my shipping needs. On top of that, she’s a pleasant human being, which is always nice.
Also, it’s clear that it’s not just because of my inescapable charm and astonishing good looks; she’s capable and pleasant to EVERYONE. As I waited for her to bubble-​wrap something for shipment, another customer who was working on a far more involved project offered to go get Alex some coffee at Absolute down the block because she had been so helpful.
I don’t know if you’ve been to some of the FedEx locations in Manhattan, but the incompetent, obnoxious employees there inspire nothing but loathing, and I’m almost certain they have never deserved a free coffee.

This place rules! Daisy at this location restored our faith in fedex customer service. She was funny, sweet and totally upbeat. Really made our day. Not to mention, perfectly took care of an elaborate printing order with ease. Thank you Daisy!

Fantastic experience — can’t believe I’m saying that about a fed ex office.
Alex (the young woman working there) helped me when I was really frantic and desperate — I was sending a large, complicated multi piece shipment overseas and the fedex phone support was totally unhelpful.
In real desperation, I ran to this office for help, last mintue just before closing. Alex sat with me and we started at the beginning and entered the shipment over — it took a long time, the office closed, I was the only customer there, and she was due to leave for vacation the next day, but she hung in with me and filled out all the paperwork, printed all the labels I needed, and she explained exactly what to do. Because of glitches in the online system, we had to reenter the information several times. She was infinitely patient, and cracking jokes the whole time. She could have said ‘I’m closed, please get the hell out’ but she didn’t.
I literally would not have had my shipment ready if it had not been for her — I could not be happier or more grateful.
