Vlad and his team have been great — they have put in new AC units, moved AC units and replaced old ones for us. Timely, priced right and very nice!

Yevgeney did a great job installing two AC units in my new place. He was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He did the job thoroughly and carefully, even though it was late in the evening.
I plan to use them again come next summer.

Vlad and his crew did a great job of installing one four zone and one three zone Fujitsu mini split in our house. The price was the best I could find and his electrical contractor was very reasonably priced as well. The job was done on time and very clean. We were leaving for vacation on Sunday and his guys worked until 11 PM on Saturday to finish the job despite cold rain. So far the system is running well and with one year installation warranty I feel comfortable recommending him.

We got a call last night from our renters telling us that the living room window A/​C was not working. When they plugged it in, it started smoking. So I went online and sent out three emails to the companies we found on Unilocal.By 9:15 a.m. we had a call from Yev and he confirmed a new A/​C and installation between 8pm and 10pm tonight. The other two companies couldn’t make it happen until mid week.
Here we are 24 hours after our renters told us about the issue and we have a brand new A/​C installed in the window. The service and quality were fantastic and we could not be happier!

Dimitri just installed a window unit in my bedroom for half the price I was quoted by another company. He showed up on time, installation took 10 – 15 max, and he was incredibly professional and easy to work with all the way. I was nervous because the AC came from my cousin’s old apartment and the windows in my building are in bad condition, and I was worried there would be all kinds of hiccups, but he made it quick and easy!

They installed a Fridigaire unit in our apartment, and I love it. Reaching out to them was easy, I emailed on the address mentioned here, and they got back to me immediately. They communicated well throughout the installation process too, walking us through what step they were at, what they were doing etc. Really great service.

Yev installed my air conditioner today. He called to confirm a little after one and got here right after two. We had a 2 — 4 PM (window) appointment. He was so pleasant and went right to work. He was so articulate. His attention to detail was superb… I mean SUPERB!!! You get a one year warranty on the work done. I don’t know if he knew how nervous I was but I could tell that he knew I was one of those «get in the way» type people BECAUSE I AM !!! Oh yeah, and one more thing, THIS GUY ANSWERS HIS PHONE!!! So, hopefully I don’t blow posting this. I just want to say YOU’RE WELCOME to everyone who is tired of everyone who said NO when they couldn’t find someone to install their window air conditioner. Had my AC and wall bracket installed by Yev. Good guy, efficient, friendly and reliable. We booked a 2 hour time slot and in the morning he called to give me a more specific time and arrived when expected. Would highly recommend.

Terrific service! I made arrangements with Yev to buy a new air conditioner for me, install it and take away my broken one. He patiently went through what I would be charged and it was very reasonable. I was very pleased that it was such a simple and fast process. Yev was running a bit late as he had a previous installation that took him longer than usual but he was very apologetic and considerate of my time. When he did arrive, he was fast with the installation, he definitely knew what he was doing. He was not only professional but very personable. These guys work hard to keep us cool in the summer — and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Yev!

Fast and very thorough installtion of our window unit and bracket. Yev was knowledgable, VERY polite, and very efficient. Definitely feel like we got our moneys worth for quality work and professional service. Highly recommend for anyone who would prefer not to try following the air conditioner and bracket manufacturer directions and confusing youtube tutorials that don’t address your specific window issues!

I just got off the phone with Vllad. Everyone should be aware that he is no longer servicing new customers. He says this is a very busy time and that they are only servicing customers who have units that they installed originally. That’s unfortunate.

I attempted installing my window ac unit myself, but didn’t feel I’d done it safely/​correctly. I decided the peace of mind would be worth paying someone who knows what they’re doing. I emailed Vlad’s and Allen called me the same evening, then came out to my apartment to evaluate the job the next day and was able to install on the spot. He was an hour late, but was reachable by phone (and apologetic — traffic) and took care of everything quickly and professionally once he arrived. My window unit is clearly secure and safe now, and I am so grateful to no longer be worried about it tumbling three stories because of my own ineptitude. Well worth the money. (NOTE: My post originally shared the price the company charged me, but the owner requested that I remove the price. I feel a compromise is to agree to take it down, but disclose to other potential customers that I was asked to do so. Message being, it sounds like pricing is not consistent across the board for every customer for the same service. That said, they are very up front about what the charges will be, and will not do any work without verbal confirmation from you that you agree to the price they are asking.)

They installed a Mitsubishi split system in my office a few years ago. Did a great job of installing it, were very reasonably priced (I got several estimates — they were lowest by far), and it’s still running beautifully.
I needed to replace an old unit in my office this year, and honestly was surprised that they were able to do it as quickly as they did, because I would assume that they have all the business they can handle — they’re that good. They gave me a very reasonable quote — I knew how much they had to pay for the replacement because I called the manufacturer. They installed it the day the unit arrived. Works beautifully.
I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else for air-​conditioning needs.

Are you kidding me? Just called for installation quote — someonone answers with «yeah». I clarify that I have the right place. Price goes up for Manhattan — first question after request for quote — love that. When I comment that the price is higher than the air conditoners the response is «yeah, well it’s up to you» — yes, you’re right. Even though this is the same price as another company quoted I will take my business to people who are at least polite.

Of the three vendors I emailed for price quotes, Vlad’s was the only one to respond the same day. The installer, Michael, emailed his phone number and provided a reasonable quote and an installation time for the very next day.
I had an existing, underpowered, low-​profile window A/​C unit in the living room that I bought and installed myself using a bracket left installed by a previous tenant. I had some fear that replacing it with a larger unit myself would recreate the «I Think It Got the Dog» scene from Seinfeld… so I asked for some help. I asked that the existing A/​C unit be moved to the bedroom window, with a bracket installed if need be, and a new A/​C unit that I purchased elsewhere be installed in the living room, replacing or fixing the existing bracket if need be.
Michael and a partner arrived early and relocated the existing A/​C unit to the bedroom confirming that a bracket was unnecessary given that it was small, low-​profile, and not street-​facing. He confirmed the existing bracket in the living room was sturdy enough for the new unit, and installed it (including unboxing the new unit, setting up the curtains, installing with sheet metal screws (metal window frame), and offering to remove the boxes and other waste). The process for both units took under 30 minutes as I recall, and both Michael and his partner were very friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing so I could understand how to uninstall the units (he also offered to come back in the fall to remove them if I preferred).
I could have probably figured out how to install both units on my own, but I doubt i’d have done such a good job, and I know I wouldn’t have had the peace of mind in knowing both units were installed safely. That was worth the cost itself.
Only suggestion for improvement, and it’s a small one, is that quotes be provided via email — but I get why they’d prefer to have the conversation on the phone in case there were further questions.

Called up a week ago and let him know which sleeve I had and how big my room was and also that I was looking to buy a unit with the best value. He let me know which model I should buy and told me to give him a call when I had my air conditioner. As soon as I called him he came over and saw he’d need some help, so he came back today.
They came right at the beginning of the time window they gave me and were done in less than 15 minutes.
They needed to have two guys for the installation because it is a through the wall unit where the cut out is above my window so it required ladders and hoisting the 70 lb air conditioner into the sleeve.
Though they were very quick, everything was done with respect to my property and care. They did all the insulation and sealing too and tested the unit. They even had a level to make sure it was in properly. They cleaned as they went as well.
I’ve never been so impressed watching something get installed.
Total class act and totally worth the $ 150 (extra $ 50 for the second dude).
If you need help with air conditioners, these are your guys!
