History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Backer began practicing dentistry in 2000 in Queens, NY. He has been at his current location in Jackson Heights, Queens, since 2008, when he purchased an existing practice in order to adapt it to reflect the current technological advances in dentistry. He also still practices in Queens, and is there for half-​days on Wednesday and Sunday, and all day Thursday.

Our goal is to help our patients, no matter what. We put your concerns first and are determined to work with you to help ensure that finances don’t hinder you from achieving a beautiful, healthy smile. Our financial experts can provide you with extensive information on how best to manage the financial aspect of dental care, and Dr. Backer is always willing to help those who can’t afford treatment find a way to achieve their dream smile. Business Owner

Dr. Backer graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1999 and completed his General Residency in 2000. Since that time, he has completed hundreds of additional hours of training in advanced dental techniques.

Prior to studying dentistry, Dr. Backer attended the Touro College Physician Assistant Program in New York City, and worked in general surgery for six years. His resulting background in general surgery has made him particularly knowledgeable and able in performing dental implant surgery.

Dr. Backer has kept up to date on continuing educational studies and advanced cosmetic and restorative techniques, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
