I visited this store several times trying to make a decision about floor tiles for a bathroom I was renovating. They have a great selection of tiles and the prices cover a wide range. I worked with an older gentleman who was very patient with my indecision and made several helpful suggestions. I finally made a choice and the floor looks great. Recently I returned to check out backsplash tiles for the upcoming kitchen renovation and although I interrupted his lunch, he was again very helpful.

Second bad experience in this place, attitude!
We ordered tiles for new bathroom, picked up… some of the order was wrong, called to get some help and all we got is a screaming man on the other side… really? after your pp messed up my order and made me loose days of work in construction he had the tupe of screaming???
Please stay away and go to a more civilized place.
I guess this is what you get from trying to help small shops against going to the big stores.
