DO NOT GO HERE.
I used this place for three years. Recently my clothing came back damaged. When I approached the manager about it, she was extremely rude, berated me and kicked me out of the laundromat. This place does not care about their customers, are careless with the clothing and are highly overpriced. Do yourself a favor and find a different laundromat.

I have been a customer at this laundromat for a couple of years (doing my own laundry), and until today found the employees courteous and even helpful. Today, having broken my wrist, I went in with a friend who had come to do my laundry for me, since my arm was in a full cast and a sling. As we started the machines running, the woman in charge complained that I was holding up everyone in the laundromat, although she didn’t seem to notice those who left their wash in the washing machines and dryers long after their cycles were done. She was extremely mean and unpleasant. This business deserves all the negative reviews it gets, and I will find another laundromat.

If I could give negative review, I would. I had a beautiful brand new shirt that was damaged after wash. I brought up the issue with the owner and she immediately brushed off the responsibility. She didn’t even apologized at all. Highly don’t recommend!

OK for doing your own laundry, but DO NOT give them your laundry to clean. Tommy one of the workers there shrunk a bunch of my clothes that I gave for hang dry, and did not even offer an apology. I spoke with one of the owners the next day who took down my info and promised to refund me, but never did. I followed up a few times over the course of 4 months, and today spoke with the other manager who screamed at me, berated me, kicked me out, and refused to refund my order of $ 30 because I didn’t save my shrunken clothes 4 months later. They have a copy of my receipt and several notes from my phone calls, but refuse to pay a measly $ 30 refund when the value of my clothes was over several hundred $$. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated like crap. They do not care about their customers one iota. I refuse to frequent an establishment that treats its customers like this. Very abusive manager. She also threatened to sue me if I posted a review on Unilocal of my bad experience.

Pick up drop off service is quite good. They are very quick to pick up and drop off laundry …30 minutes maximum after calling. Everything is nicely folded and nothing has shrunk! Prices are reasonable. Good experience after using them 5 times.
