I usually go to Instant Oil Change when I need my oil changed. Most locations do a pretty good job and quickly. This location is an exception. I went there because it was convenient on the day I was looking for a change.
I arrived and was the only car waiting with all 3 bays full. They told me it would be maybe 10 minutes and finally got me in 25 minutes later. After I was inside with doors shut in front and behind I waited another 20 minutes before anyone approached my vehicle. They were very understaffed and were servicing one at time.
After I left I had a knock in the engine that wasn’t there before.

I do have to say this has to be one of the best quick lubes I have been to very fast and a great price you get more than what you pay for and on top of that ask for Derek he will always help you out with your cars and will give you a a coupon if you forgot yours at home or don’t have one. I can see why valvoline is number one and been around for so many years.
