Went in for a nail in my tire. The front desk guy was extremely helpful. I was impressed that they mentioned needing a new cabin air filter (because it was black) but otherwise didn’t try to up sell or convince me there were other, unnecessary, things that I needed. Just a good experience over all!

After procrastinating on getting 2 new tires for far too long, and then getting stuck in the parking lot of my work place twice in one day, I finally brought my car in to get 2 new tires and a front end alignment. I was highly stressed out after dealing with trying to dig my car out twice, and was generally pissed off at the world. After bringing my car in and dealing with a very nice guy that was very honest with me about tired, costs, etc and didn’t try to sell me ANY THING extra, I was calmed down a bit. They took care of my car quickly, and it ended up cheaper than some of the discount places I had looked into. The great service alone was worth it.
