Absolutely one of the kindest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of going to. His secretary is wonderful, and he always manages to squeeze me in no matter the day. He even went out of his way to make sure I didn’t have to pay much for my prescriptions.

I went to this Dr after seeing Rani P’s elite review. My experience has been really bad unfortunately. * I got the appointment with 2 weeks wait compared to months of wait at other dermatologists * The dr has poor listening skills. All he wanted to do was a biopsy and didn’t let me complete the background I was trying to share with him * No courtesy while doing biopsy. No heads up saying«this will hurt a little» * The biopsy results were supposed to be in on urgent basis in a day or so but they were not. No one from office gave me a call and they tell me that I’m supposed to keep calling them to see if the results are back * After 6 days when I called, the results were in and surprisingly, the doctor spoke to me. He asked me which medications I was taking(which I already had told me in person) * The biospy was sent to the lab which my medication names and I finally got a report in my hand mentioning that both of my oral medication are culprit towards the rash(I’m skeptical about that right now) * I just called there office to speak to the dr for the follow up and the receptionist tells me that he is gone for the day… and basically hung up on me after that. I am not going to this office again

TERRIBLE. I got diagnosed correctly, however the suggested treatment by Dr. Bendetson — ‘scraping off’ would have left a scar(as told by another dermatologist). I got a preferred treatment for my issue using liquid nitrogen at another dermatologist’s office. I’m pretty sure this office is not even equipped with it. The facilities look dirty and equipment doesn’t look sterile. Avoid this doctor and this office at all costs.

Dr. Bendetson is a wonderful doc! I needed an emergency appointment with him and he fit me in within an hour of my call. I was very nervous(only my second trip to a Derm in my 24 years). He was super sweet, calmed me and healed all of my ailments. I plan to recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Bendetson rocks! If you need a dermatologist he’s your guy. Appointments are quick and easy, he’s very personable, and he took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. His office is on the C line in Brookline which makes it fairly easy to get to. The staff there is nice and both times I went I never had to wait.

In my search for a dermatologist, there was little on Unilocal to go by. I took a leap of faith with Dr. Bendetson after seeing positive reviews on other sites– and was VERY happy with the outcome. The office is conveniently on Beacon Street, his secretary was friendly and efficient, and my appointment was quick and painless. I had a biopsy done, and although I scheduled a follow-up appointment to go over the results, Dr. Bendetson gave me a call two days later with the results and ordered my prescription while I was still on the phone. He really took the time to get to know me in my short appointment, and made me feel comfortable when sometimes skin isn’t a fun topic of conversation. He will definitely be my go-to dermatologist in the Boston-area, and I will recommend him to my friends/family.
