I went to see Dr. Krejic for some fillers for my nasolabial folds since I was beginning to resemble Deputy Dawg.
Anyway, the Dr. was really good at knowing how much filler to use and the method. I would recommend this place also visit their site for offers, a deal is a deal. the front desk was friendly as far as my experience goes so no complaints from me.

Dr. Emmy Graber is awesome! I would definitely recommend her to those looking for a great dermatologist.

Every time I go in there, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve unfortunately had to move, and no one seems to measure up.

Dr. Emmy Graber is one of the nicest women on the planet. She has taken my acne scars from bad to almost unnoticeable in the past few months. I would highly recommend her

I’d hoped to get a largish acne scar removed. I arrived on time at the slightly down at the heels building and went to the «trying to be hip without spending money on furniture» waiting room. I was greeted by a receptionist with a slight attitude who is unfortunately the poster-​child for why not to have plastic surgery. Tight weird face, fish lips. (filler perhaps? i don’t know these things). Not a great sign. I then sat and enjoyed listening to another patient loudly discuss her personal life on her cell; a well-​trained receptionist would of course politely ask her to take her call outside. Not a great sign. I then waited 30 minutes as the sinking feeling in my stomach deepened. When they informed me it would be 10 more minutes before I would be seen, I said I had to go. While I should have been annoyed that I was made to wait 40 minutes for a scheduled initial consultation (this place, after all, is not dealing with the health care crisis. I’m sure 80% of the patients do not go through insurance for elective work), all i felt was relief that I didn’t put my appearance in their unprofessional hands. They seriously need to step it up. All that said — shame on me for looking in the yellow pages for a dermatology referral.

I went here after I was referred by my PCP.
The staff is very nice but not helpful at all. I went there to show her this random skin reaction I got on the side of my face, which basically looked like I got punched in the face, and she told me I had pigment inflammation, but gave me no reason as to why it could have happened, and told me I had to wait it out. She told me to come back if it came back in 1 year.
It came back again, I got an appointment immediately, and of course, she told me the same exact thing as before, and I left with no explanation and treatment.
It’s a waste of time and money. There’s no point in going back to a dermatologist if they are not going to give you any advice as to the source of your problem, but tell you to come back again if it happens again.
I would not recommend this place!

Dr. Claire Mansur is a professional pill pusher– point blank. My appointment was literally less than 2 minutes and when I asked ONE question, she appeared to be annoyed. She took NO time to explain the medication that she prescribed and I had to do the research on the meds. to find out the side effects outweigh the benefits. Even worse, she failed to tell me how to take the meds such as with meals, without milk, and not at bedtime. Even more worse, one of the critical side affects of the oral medicine that she prescribed is DEPRESSION and given that I filled out the questionnaire and checked that I have had a past with depression is more troubling.
Dr. Mansur, is are NOT a professional and her conduct comes off as condescending. So being intelligent and knowledgeable is easily negated by her poor interpersonal skills and her gross negligence in failing to explain critical symptoms related to taking the med. STOP BEING A PROFESSIONAL PILL PUSHER. I get it, she gets kick backs and that is why she feels compelled to scribble out 3 prescriptions in less than three minutes without taking one moment to look at my full face nor touch my face for a more thorough examination. Admittedly, I am not a doctor; however, I know one of the first rules in medical diagnosis is your eye can lie, so due diligence is required, which was not done on the day of my appointment with Claire (calling her Dr. would mean that she is a public servant of some sort, and thats not the case) is NOT running a dermatology business, but a skin prescription factory and the results are questionable at best.

This is probably kind of a strange review because I am not coming here for cosmetic treatments. I followed my dermatologist, Dr. Emmy Graber, here from her previous practice. I see Dr. Graber for acne treatments and I swear she is a freakin miracle worker (OK, maybe just brilliant). Even if she weren’t the nicest doctor on the planet, I think I would still be just as much a fan!
I have been seeing dermatologists for acne for ten years. I had very painful cystic acne as a teenager that didn’t respond to any topicals or antibiotics, but finally Accutane did the trick for me. My skin was OK for a while, but then I started to break out again in my early/​mid 20s. I was seeing another derm (where Dr. Graber used to practice) and I was really never happy with that doctor. I tried a number of different treatments, including another round of Accutane, and nothing really worked. She told me I had hormonal acne and insisted the best thing for me would be to go on birth control, but I was really opposed to taking it having had some bad experiences on the pill… she (no joke) ROLLED HER EYES at me and acted like I was being childish and unreasonable. One day, I couldn’t get an appointment with my usual doc and they had me see Dr. Graber… wow, best scheduling snafu ever.
In my first appointment with her, I explained my plight to Dr. Graber and my misgivings about the pill. No judgment, no pressure. She listened, nodded and came up with a plan. She put me on spironolactone, a blood pressure drug that’s been shown to be effective in treating hormonal acne… and like magic, my acne faded away. I was so angry at that other doctor for wasting my time. I had been lucky to not get acne scars for most of my life until maybe that last year before I saw Dr. Graber — I regret not seeing her sooner!!! She has obviously since moved to BU and I think I literally was her first patient on her first day, lol. She’s so sweet and makes you feel so at ease when you feel like you’re at your most hideous!
Although spironolactone’s effectiveness has started to wane after 18 – 24 months, Dr. Graber has continued to make me feel like I’m part of the decision-​making process and come up with a plan that works for me (and my skin). And I’m happy to say her latest plan of attack is working. Get an appointment before the word gets out about how wonderful she is!

I have been going here to see Dr. Mansur for the past three years or so. The location is very easy to get to on the Green Line and I have never had to wait more than a week or so to get an appointment (pretty good for a Derm in Boston), or more than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room once I have arrived. I mainly go for cosmetic procedures so I can continue to NOT admit that I am actually 40 and if I didn’t have such a big mouth I am pretty sure no one would know about the procedures I have had done. Unfortunately, I am always so happy with my results I tend to tell everyone!

The desk staff are cold but professional. The surroundings are modern and clean. Our nightmare began when our physician walked into the exam room. Normally I’d share my experience with her supervisor, but unfortunately she’s the director. Dr. Claire Mansur is cold, rude, and insulting. She shows no respect for patient autonomy or the right to self determination. We were told to come back for follow up, but we left and made an appointment with a different dermatologist. I would never see Dr. Mansur again, nor would I ever recommend her. Her clinical practice & expertise may be excellent – I cannot attest to that due to my brief experience – but her interpersonal skills are among the worst I’ve ever seen, which is really saying something – I’m a nurse & have interacted with hundreds of physicians.

I’ve been here several times now for non-​cosmetic skin issues (after being referred by my PCP, who is a huge fan of this place). I have to say that they’re very professional and knowledgeable with regard to my questions and concerns. Dr. Krecji is fantastic, though I’ve seen a couple of the other docs here too, and everyone has been wonderful. I highly recommend this group for non-​cosmetic dermatology treatments.
I have seen the ‘attitude’ that everyone who works a front desk of a doc office in Boston must have… others have referred to it here. They will get it done, but it won’t be friendly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I’ve been going here for a long time, years. I started with dermatology needs and my treatments were so amazing, and so affective. The specialists there are extremely good at what they do and i absolutely trust them.– After all, it is my face :-)…
I have gone on to try some cosmetic and laser treatments which have been just phenomenal and pratically painless, and i can’t say enough good things about my experiences there. I sincerely look forward to each time i go there, and i leave so, so happy every time. it’s been such a thing good for my self esteem, I very highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are really affordable and reasonable, — and less expensive than many spas and other place I’ve been to. They also have really great promotions which makes it even more affordable. (join the email list, they have great coupons!)
The people that work there are THE BEST and the women at the front desk are really friendly, professional, and make it very pleasant!

I opted not to get treatment here, so this review is based only on a consultation appointment. I can’t vouch for or against their actual services.
The nurse I saw was friendly and pleasant, but that was the only real upside to this place. The big turnoff (aside from the prices, which were way above the other places I’ve talked to) for me was the desk staff, who seemed completely unaware of the fact that others were in the waiting room, and within earshot, as they openly complained about another patient who had just left.
The woman before me, had printed out a coupon (from the laser center website) which had apparently expired… though again, was still prominently displayed on their website. After begrudgingly agreeing to honor the coupon, the two receptionists proceeded to loudly complain about her after she left, calling her «tacky» and mocking her for wanting to use a coupon that they have on their website. Again, all within about 10 feet of other waiting patients.
Not exactly behavior that makes you want to be a patient here.

AWFUL.
1. Very difficult to find in the building.
2. Waited forever for my appointment.
3. The doctor didn’t listen to me, tried to treat me with medications that I have already used. So annoying.
4. Got the bill in the mail for $ 180.
