I have gotten gel mani/​pedi so many times in my life and this was the worst mani/​pedi I have ever gotten. It was my first time and will be my last time there, The workers there are really rude and they were rushing the entire time. Save your money and go somewhere eles

They were packed on a Sunday afternoon but squeezed me in last-​minute no problem after a nearby salon told me they could only give me an express pedicure due to lack of time. All of the staff were incredibly polite, kind and sweet. One of the most welcoming nail salon atmospheres I’ve ever been in, actually. Great paint job on the toes, the only things I wished they would have done would be a hot towel on the legs and a little more scrubbing of callouses. Pro tip: if you’re paying with card, make sure you tell them how much of a tip you want on it before you give it to them! I didn’t know that and made that mistake.

My go-​to for brows. Diane is amazing and will have you in and out looking great in no time!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years now and have loved my experience every time. I have Diana do my nails and brows, and she is absolutely fantastic. She’s quick, has a razor-​sharp attention to detail and won’t stop until she’s done the best job that she can. I get compliments on my nails and brows every time I’ve gone to Nail Stylus. My girlfriend took one look at my brows when I came home from Nail Stylus and said that she wanted to get her brows done there too, and now she doesn’t get them done anywhere else (and her brows are much more complicated to style than mine are). The salon is really clean and nice, the people who work there are very friendly and the color selection is unbeatable. Love this place

THE BEST. I do not understand these negative reviews. Nail Stylus perfects gels, pedicures, and eye brow waxing. The price is right and my gel manicure has lasted over 3 weeks before! Love this place!

I am writing this review on their waxing services. I have been going to Nail Stylus for 5 years now and I trust no one but Diana to do my eyebrows. She is the best, always doing a perfect job at a fair price, and she is also very nice. I highly recommend coming here for face waxing services, and ask for Diana. Always remember to tip!

I specifically told the tech Vi to keep my nails squared and proceeded to make them oval. Was beyond upset. I mean how more specific could I be? She complimented how nice my nail s were and proceeded to ruin the shape of them. Now I have to wait for them to grow out and reshape them on my own. She’s a nice lady, but will do what she wants to your nails. :(
I will go back, just not to her.

The lady I saw did a great job with my gel manicure. She was meticulous and it came out great. The only thing I would suggest is another TV because there’s nothing to look at when you’re at the manicure stations.

My first experience there was really wonderful. The mani/​pedi was one of the best I’ve had, and with some of the nicest people. They even took care to wrap my toes and help put my socks and boots on post-​pedi to ensure zero damage! Very awesome experience — they’ll be my go-​to nail salon in Brookline, for sure.

This is my favorite place in Coolidge to get a pedicure. They are thorough and detail-​oriented, not to mention all of the staff are very friendly!

I walked in on a whim while wandering Coolidge Corner. Low-​key & affordable. Good hand massage. No mistakes. More than worth the $ 12.

I popped in here for a gel manicure for my birthday! They have a really large color selection and were friendly! There seemed to be a couple regulars there too (I might become one now!)

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and every time I go, no matter what woman I get, they do a great job. And the women are super friendly and kind. I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore, but I make the trek over every couple weeks for a manicure.

My go to nail salon. I’ve always had a great mani/​pedi from this place. I’ve tried many different places in Brookline over the years, I keep going to Nail Stylus.
Prices are fair, results are great and the place seems clean.

I don’t usually give poor reviews but I feel that I should share my experience with others.
I’ve been here at least 10 times since I moved to Boston and initially thought it was a solid nail salon, though not among my favorites. I agree with reviews that Amy is one of the best there, though I was often frustrated with her pushing me to also purchase additional services (pedi/​eyebrow etc.) I had also an experience there when they took 2+ hours to finish a mani/​pedi and were rude to me when I expressed that I had somewhere I needed to be. 2+ hours for a mani pedi is way in excess based on many experiences at previous salons.
Recently, I stopped in for a gel manicure and the owner did my nails. The owner is very cold and not customer service oriented. When I expressed I was not comfortable with how much cuticle she was removing and asked her to stop she said this was necessary. I should have just left because my cuticles were sore for a few days after and it was not worth the final look of the manicure. I also had an experience with the owner where I expressed that the gel permanently stained my nails and she said it was my fault for having too many gel manicures. Maybe, but it has only happened once in my long gel history.
The general trend with the owner is that she is always right and not willing to adapt for customers.
All in all, I’ll take my money and go elsewhere where they are kinder and customer service oriented. This place just isn’t worth the discomfort.

I came in as a walk in. They were able to take me right away. I was a little nervous, first time there. Another client assured me — she’s been having mani pedi’s there for 15yrs! So I relaxed, and put my hands & feet in the very capable hands of Vi. I don’t get color, so I asked Vi to just buff my nails. They came out great. I was impressed by the leg massage while I had the pedi.
I will come back, I’m pleased with the results!
