There are two reviews here that are hidden, but they parallel my experience with BBA Management. They used to be First Choice Property Management, and were located within First Choice Property’s rental office. This was great — they were easy to contact if something was needed. They then moved to an undisclosed location (PO Box) and changed their name! Surprise surprise! They didn’t want walk-​ins anymore and they needed to start fresh because their reputation was so bad!
Over the course of my 2 year rental, they were miserable to deal with. They didn’t take any issues seriously. They sent workers to my apartment that would destroy my apartment with dirt and extra parts. They didn’t even say sorry after I sent them the pictures of the mess.
Nothing was repaired properly. I ended up fixing my disposal by myself.
I haven’t been with FCPM /​BBA for over a year, and I still feel so strongly that they are horrible that I am writing the review now.
DO NOT — REPEAT — DO NOT RENT FROM ANYONE WHO USES BBA AS THEIR MGMT COMPANY.
