Jason Kaczmarczyk

After many calls and contacts with other area real estate offices, I finally came across a listing that was contracted with Encore Realty. From the moment of first contact, I was treated with attentiveness and professionalism even though I had voiced reservations about the price of a fee, in excess of normal deposits, that would occur for service to secure an apartment. Jason K. is the agent I worked with and he made things happen without being pushy or rude-​he could have blown me off as soon as he knew I was hesitant to pay so much money (I was not clear but a fee is the norm in this area to secure an apartment, just do it-​save yourself a headache). I had looked at other listings but just did not feel good about the «sell» or the abrasiveness of some other agents. Jason advocated any and all needs to the landlord and was very prompt in the communication we had. I would pay a fee without thinking twice due to the level and quality of service I received from him. I am beyond impressed with my experience. –JS

Jason is extremely customer oriented and was very helpful through out our apartment search. He was quick to email and call for any questions and follow up points.
Once we found a place we liked, he was proactive throughout the paperwork process and thereafter. I will definitely be using him again should I decide to move and would certainly recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues.
