FITNESS: Core Correctives specializes in one-on-one personal training, as well as, partner, small group and large group training. Program design is customized to each individual’s or group’s needs. Specialties include: (1) resistance training, (2) firming & toning, (3) weight loss through metabolic training, (4) performance enhancement, (5) abs and core, (6) pain relief through muscle strengthening and improvements in posture, flexibility and range-of-motion, (7) endurance, and (8) lean muscle building.
NUTRITION: Core Correctives offers Back-to Basics, a nutritional coaching program, that educates clients on balanced eating and nutrient rich foods to achieve (1) weight loss/fat loss, (2) gain weight, (3) maintain healthy weight, (4) build muscle or (5) improve energy. In addition, Core Correctives offers behavior modification techniques to weight loss clients for getting the weight off and keeping it off!

Business Owner
Raisha Vaidya has over 3 years of personal training, group training, boot camp and nutrition experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is a nationally certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the GOLD standard in the Fitness Industry. She completed a certification program in Personal Training and Nutrition at National Personal Training Institute. She completed an internship in Resisitance Training, Total Body Strength, Range-of-Motion, Posture, Gait and Functional Movements. She was previously a Personal Trainer at Boston Sports Club.
