History

Established in 2010.

I started my Real Estate career in 2010. During my time in the field I have amassed a vast knowledge of the Boston metro area rental and sales market. I have participated in over $ 4,000,000 in Real Estate sales transactions. I have also participated in over $ 400,000 in residential and commercial leasing transactions.

I have made numerous amounts of connections with many landlords and clientele. Many of the landlords I work with whom I met over the years trust me to manage their properties and be the single exclusive agent. Aside from being a Real Estate sales and leasing agent, I am also a property manager, and I also manage the leasing division of our firm which consists of 19 agents.

I have competitive property management rates. My team of mortgage brokers, lawyers, contractors, and inspectors are some of the best in the industry.

My name is Alexander Koziakov and I am your source for all things real estate related. I specialize in sales, rentals, investments, and property management.

I work hard for my clients, I’m honest, straightforward, and I am not pushy. I have a vast knowledge of the market and would love to share it with you in order to guide you in the right direction.

I watch the market consistently for my clients on a daily basis and my online tools will make the home shopping process simple. For my clients looking to sell, I will get you top dollar for your property. I will do my best to sell the property as quickly as possible and make sure the transaction goes smoothly. I can also assist sellers looking to do a 1031 exchange or looking to sell «off market».
