We also offer cooking classes in the privacy of your home, and nutritional consulting.
History
Established in 2006.
In 1987 I had a small Macrobiotic catering business in the North Shore. I was working with doctors and chiropractors who wanted to eat healthy meals. A cardiologist I had been serving wanted me to teach his severely ill heart patients how to cook the Dean Ornish diet to his patients. I worked with him for 2 years in a hospital, teaching cooking. The Zone, by Barry Sears, was popular and I was drawn to the balance and the health benefits. I was hired at Zone Perfect Nutrition to teach the zone and teach cooking classes. I found that the zone had a balance that helped fight disease, help people reach there ideal weight and increase energy. I wrote a cooking column on their website weekly for seven years. I was given permission to use Zone Perfect Nutrition to write a cook book. (2006 McGraw-Hill). I created my business as a nutritional consultant, personal chef, and give cooking classes. I have since expanded beyond the Zone to work with those with any medical condition.

Trained in Macrobiotic cooking, trained personal chef, master’s degree in Counseling, certified Zone instructor and nutritionist. I have worked with certified nutritionists, nutritional healers, dietitians, and doctors learning how to cook for any medical condition’s. I am the author of ZonePerfectCooking Made Easy (McGraw-Hill 2006). I have been teaching healthy, cooking classes since 1987. I help clients reach their ideal weight, have more energy, and reach their goals. My greatest strength is to deal with any food limitations a client may have in a creative and delicious way.
