Description

Specialties

Mayan ethnic Food. Flavors and taste from the Yucatan peninsula.

History

Established in 2006.

«…We are pleased to share the flavors that have been preserved by our ancestors of pre-Columbian times.»

Xni Pec was the vision of a family from the Island of Cozumel-Mexico to share some of its essence and Yucatecan tradition. Xni Pec opened its doors for the first time in Cicero in 2006. Now it begins a new era seeking to cater to its principal clientele. We are certain that it will appeal to the citizens of Brookfield and its surrounding areas.

The culinary menu is linked to symbols of Mexican cultural identity. Our native cultural diversity and the ingredients that arrived from foreign mariners on the high seas combined to create succulent, beautifully seasoned dishes. The native people of Quintana Roo magically combined the ingredients to invent unique dishes The variety of dishes with the signature sauce, Recado Rojo, is infinite, including the popular Cochinita Pibil. With strong roots in our mother language, Xni-Pec means wet nose, come and know why, you wont be disappoint.
