I’ve only been a Starbucks junky for a short year, and there are certainly a few locations I can choose. I typically get brewed coffee or a latte, and they’re always hot. This location suits me better and I’ve always had good service. To push it over the top, I walked in on the coldest Monday of the year only to find out I sent my mobile order to the wrong location. As I debated, the baristas offered to fill my order, which solved my quandary of whether or not to drive to the other store for a cold latte. My mistake and I appreciate this store helping to get my week off to a good start.

This Starbucks is never consistent with the others in the surrounding area of Brookfiled, the drink always tastes a bit off and it is always too late once you leave the rive thru

Always friendly service. Clean store and bathroom. Usually well stocked cooler. Slightly smaller inventory of dry good than some stores I’m used to. More spacious and comfortable than the one just west of here on Blue Mound Rd.(which is like a hallway). Only thing missing is a fireplace.

Astoundingly underwhelming. Five people behind the counter and a full minute passed before I got so much as a hello. Generally not attentive, zero«thank-you» or «you’re welcome»… Just not good, especially compared to other local Starbucks
