We replaced 12 windows through Pella which we’ve now had for a year and a half and have continually had issues with them breaking. The service time frame is ridiculous, it takes at least a month for someone to come inspect the problem, another one to two months for the part to come in and another month to get it installed. I’ve had the same window break three time simply by having it open. It’s broken every time I opened it and the last service person who inspected it said it’s because their vinyl windows are below standard quality compared to other companies. His honesty was surprising but not very comforting since it cost me the amount of a new car to replace half of the windows in my home and the new windows don’t actually function as a windows. All of the screens have ripped or torn loose just by being subjected to a slight breeze. My ten year old screens are in better shape. Looks like I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint.

Called to have some french doors fixed because they were not fully locking. They had someone out the next day. The guy arrived, immediately took off his shoes, and had the thing fixed in 20 min. He was so respectful of our house and took great care with what he was doing… Cannot speak more highly of them
