Very frustrated. Had them come look over my air conditioner, which did not seem to be cooling too well. After they came, I didn’t notice much improvement, and definitely noted that even if the air conditioner was working a bit better, the thermostat was not registering improvement. After I have run the air conditioner all day, it still says the temp is 77 inside. Something wrong there. I called to tell them I did not see improvement since they had come. They did not return my message telling them I wasn’t satisfied with their work, and when I finally reached them in person, they did not say anything such as «We stand behind our work,» or «We will come look again and NOT charge for a second house call.» In fact, they told me they could not come very soon, not until the end of the week because they were very busy. It was clear they would not give me any break financially on coming to check their work a second time. I decided to cut my losses and turn to someone else. This was the first time I tried their help, but I won’t go back. Their phone message time is also maddeningly short, you always have to phone 2 or 3 times to leave a full message. Not a big deal, but very annoying.
