My husband and I have been trying to work with this company with no success. The representative for the company, Pete, came to our house to inspect and give an estimate over a month ago. Since that time, my husband, myself, my mother, have repeatedly attempted to call and reach him to receive the estimate, also calling the company directly. On many occasions he stated he would have it tomorrow and this never happened. Should Pete be unable to follow-​up, someone else from the company should have.
We liked their ideas, but unfortunately the lack of follow-​up and professionalism, and the complete inability to even initiate a project, I have to give them this low rating.
