I started cooking when I was a young boy. Watching other to cook. I was fortunate enough that I grow up in a farm where we cooked with fresh products and simple ingredients which make all that differences and tasted and flavor. These is the inclination which a like to bring to my guests on their dishes. «Simple cooking done the right way.»
