Horrible. Brand new 2016 Cadillac XTS and now my paint is completely scratched and my car is still dirty. They don’t even vacuum it right. Nothing more to say just don’t do it.

My experience that I fear is indicative of a much larger problem plaguing these bad reviews about this place. They did not put any oil in my car causing my engine to almost seized, and when I called the place they said come in to review the video cameras, This causing me to be late to see my client. And when I arrived the owner told me «I’m not showing you the video» instead of making things right. I’m going to take him to court.
The practical problem that needs to be addressed in addition to educating your team is providing them with the appropriate equipment. As a car owner it’s my mistake to see google and Unilocal negative reviews, I can say without reservation that a huge percentage of your past customers are very unhappy, trying to force people and tell lies on what their car needs, We own our cars and drive them every day and we know how it rides/​feels and every car comes with a manual what factory requirements. So I strongly suggest to not say nor recommend they are not licenses mechanics, they are just oil changers and they should not be servicing any car without a licenses and proper education.
Once again, the purpose of this review is to bring a problem to your attention with the hope that it will be looked into and solutions implemented.
I believe that addressing this issue not only goes a long way to ensuring the safety of customers car engines, but also of providing a much better service, and indeed, preserving the dignity of the passengers served by Super Car Wash & Quick Lube. I am hopeful that this letter will provide the spark to make important, positive changes, but I must evaluate the other avenues available to address this issue if no action is taken.

i went this morning for a car wash, the job is not really good! After my car wash i need to re do my glass and bumpers because there still a lot of dirt. I dont recommend you to go here.

Thieves!!! I’ve had my interior detailed twice here just to find things missing. The first time a bottle of cologne, and just 2 weeks ago, three Mets hats. Never again, would never recommend.

Quick service, reasonable price for oil change and other merchandise they have inside the store. Free regular car wash with an oil change that can be used at another time if the consumer chooses to but you have to save the receipt. Like most mechanics and businesses, they’ll try to get you to spend more money on «necessary repairs» but I don’t recommend that. I’d go somewhere else. They can get pushy too so you have to be firm.

I want to chance my oil this morning and they have a coffee machine I buy a coffee for $.75 The coffee was full of coffee grinds then they give you a free car wash with an oil change they did terrible job vacuuming the car I won’t go there again

I come here out of convenience and only use their car wash. I don’t need the works so I usually stick with the full service — for $ 11 plus tax it includes a basic exterior wash plus they vacuum your interior.
The place is always clean and the staff is friendly, but avoid coming here on the weekends or right after a snow storm because it’s always packed. They’re open 24 hours, and if you come during the evening you get a discounted rate and can stay in your car while it’s washed. The «shop» has a large selection of auto stuffs, and a nice sitting area with refreshments to wait if you’re getting an oil change.
Their work is a mixed bag — sometimes they’re super thorough and my car turns out great, other times they cut corners. For example, they won’t put my floor mats back the right way or they’ll forget to wipe down the sill of my trunk. That being said, I would still go back to them because the positives outweigh the negatives.

It’s on thing to have an employee be rude it’s a whole different thing for the boss to be rude. Where is the example and standards you set as being a business owner fo your employees to follow. I called up to ask if he and his employees are aware of the company accounts because I was being charged for the car wash even though my boss has an account with the car wash. He became very nasty and stated I was not the paying customer and stated he is going to report me and look to get me fired. All because I questioned about me being charged for something my company is set up to pay for. He was very rude and disrespectful. I hope whoever reads this will not patronize this business or the other car washes he owes on Tremont and white plains road along with the one on Tremont and west farms. And just to think he said I wasn’t a paying customer I drove 2 personal vehicles and a work vehicle through his car wash.

Update 02÷26÷25 — Went there for an oil change again today and everything appeared to be correct… the guy changing my oil recommended an oil/​engine flush as usual, but I’m not surprised… oil change shops do not make any money off their customers therefore they have to sell something…
Had my oil change done here, the 1^st thing the mechanic says is «you need an engine flush because the oil is very very dirty»…I can not stand mechanic that lies to make additional money… NOTE: I have a technician degree in automotive technology… during the oil change my windshield washer fluid was filled; its approximately 18 degrees outside today and my windshield washer fluid is frozen… obviously this place is DILUTING the fluid with WATER… after the oil change I received my vehicle back with a tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) light on. how difficult is it to assure all tires are at 35psi… I guess they are just acting as if they are servicing your vehicle… I’m sure they are doing the oil change and obviously the car wash, but everything else is clearly false… I’m actually scared of what they may have placed in my car as brake fluid…

Update: 5÷9÷16 — I’m here again for an oil change and simply the worker claims my Engine Oil is dirty. I use motor 1 synthetic oil and came 3500 miles early. Then shows me oil that shows no indication of being worked overtime… So he uses a scare tactic and says «your engine may have issues if you don’t do an engine flush»…my car is babied and oil changes are always early… secondly it’s an infiniti VQ engine, who does this guy thinks he’s fooling… Guess attempts to make additional money must be made… smh

Quick easy and great service. Price was great but the free car cleaning just makes it a fantastic deal. I loved that the oil change included a car wash and also appreciated how the mechanic let me stay in the car because he saw my kid was napping in her car seat in the back. Oil changes used to take forever, but this place had virtually no wait and I drove right in without an appointment. My kid woke up whole we were waiting to get our car washed-​but there was do much for her to see inside-​especially all those cars going through the car wash-​it kept her pretty occupied until we were able to get back into our car. We really loved the service we received and look forward to letting our friends know of this place!

If this guy’s carwash damages your car, you’re screwed. I have been a loyal customer for decades. Since it opened I’ve changed my oil there every three months. Last time I took my car to be washed, after exiting I discovered a large scratch and a chip on the top of the car going in the the direction the brushes would be going, something metal had dragged across the top of my car. I’m assuming something was stuck in one of the brushes, regardless of how it happened, that giant scratch was not there when I entered the car wash. It was late at night and the owner wasn’t in so I called the next day to complain about the giant scratch and bare spot on the roof of my car.
I understand that accidents happen however, I wasn’t expecting to be met with such hostile and aggressive treatment right from jump street. I didn’t approach him angrily on the phone. He immediately went into a rehearsed spiel about how he’s been there for 20 years and never once scratched even one car (which is impossible) but he went on to explain a million reasons why it could not possibly have been his car wash that damaged my car because there is no way the brush could scratch the front of the car, meanwhile I was talking about the TOP of the car but he couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to details, whether it was the front, side, back or top, he was determined to to bully me off the phone and make me go away.
He literally started screaming at me like he was fighting with his wife or something. I’ve never experienced anything like it. He spoke loudly and aggressively over my voice then said that I wouldn’t let him talk, it was amazing.
Thankfully there are other car washes in the neighborhood, but he doesn’t care about the integrity of his work nor about losing a loyal customer, that much is clear. He has about 100 illegals working for him that he abuses and treats like garbage also, particularly the women. It’s a very busy car wash so he really doesn’t care if he loses a customer and that is definitely somewhere you don’t want to bring your car. He will actually fight with you and abuse you if his place damages your car.
What an awful experience this has been for me but what’s more disappointing is it is just unnecessary to treat people this way. It didn’t have to be like this. He easily could have had one of his guys just buff it out, I would have been fine with that. It didn’t have to be perfect but he cares so little that he wouldn’t even offer to make any type of amend, he was simply intent upon dominating so I would go away.

Hard working people. Sometimes the line gets RIDICULOUSLY long, but that speaks to the reasonable prices and good wash.

Didn’t realize a free car wash was included with my oil change! I will definitely come back! Also was able to pull right up and they started servicing my car right away!

This is still my go-​to car wash and I haven’t lived in the Bronx for 6 years. I usually go with the Super Wash ($ 15) which is their Full Service package ($ 11: exterior wash and vacuuming) plus hot chassis polish /​tire shine. The biggest indicator of a good car wash is the towels they use (and I have never found towel /​cloth residue on my dry car). They also offer cheaper rates on car washes after 7pm.

I have been coming here for 6 years but after my experience yesterday, NEVER AGAIN. I paid $ 17 bucks for a still dirty and wet car. I had to go myself and ask for a towel and dry off my car. Mark my words, I will NEVER come here again.
My rims were still dirty, as were my doorsills, tailpipes, and rear bumper.
NEVER AGAIN. This place should be called Lazy Car Wash instead.

24 hrs — good price, great service, a mile away from my house. Can’t get any better than that.

SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW CAR! Deep scratches that they refuse to take credit for. Only had my car for a month and there were no scratches/​dents on my car before the car wash and after there were at least 3, over 6 inch, deep gashes on the hood, passenger side and trunk of my car. They say it’s not possible to make scratches from brushes which is a complete lie. And they were nasty, horrible customer service. I calmly explained the situation and the «manager» started yelling at me and wouldn’t let me speak. DO NOT GO THERE.

Great place for oil changes, really fast efficient service and they wash your car. Better than going to my dealer.

Perhaps i create too high of expectations for businesses. Sometimes I just want them to do what ever their name is… Sometimes that’s too much to ask for.
You may be thinking this guy probably got the basic wash and expected it to be dried or something silly like that. Truth is I got a super wash, but it wasn’t that «super,» actually it was quite bad. In order to make sure that things I wanted done were completed I pointed them out. Wash the outside clean and vacuum the inside and do the wheels and tires. The gent in the back, who was nice enough chose super wash for me and added some extra stuff. I gladly paid the $ 18 for the car wash and anxiously waited for my sparkling ride… Instead what I got was a wave as some guy walked away. It took 8 minutes from drop off to ready to go. I walked up and no one was even by my car to hand it off to me– just idling by the driveway waiting for any random person to go for a little joyride.
The wheel package apparently meant spray armorall, but not to clean the rims; these aren’t even complex rims and it wasn’t slightly overlooked. Vacuuming… Not only did lifting the mats escape them, but they didn’t even vacuum on the sides of the mats. Didn’t wipe down the center console… in order to avoid turning this review into a sad review of broken promises I’ll just include a few photos of the AFTER wash views.
Overall; if you were going to go– id stick with the cheapest wash DON’T ACCEPT ANY ADD-​ONS, and plan on spending about 30 minutes of your own time to finish up.

Although the name of this business has inspired me to direct imaginary, soft core porn films, I have not engaged in any sordid activity here. Simply I come here for my car’s oil change; with synthetic Mobil One oil, the cost is about $ 40 and a complimentary car wash is included. If it’s raining or snowing or you don’t feel like being in the Bronx for more than 15 minutes, then you can opt out and redeem the free car wash at a future date. One thing to know: always refuse the «power flush»; not only is it $ 150, I’ve read in Consumer Reports that it’s unnecessary. Just say no.
From 7 AM to 7 PM, the normal car wash is about $ 7, plus any add ons, ie armour tires, hot wax, etc. When you pull into the rear, you tell the attendant what type of car wash you desire. You exit your vehicle and the boys get to work. They vacuum your car and clean your floor mats. Next they put the car through the wash. You walk inside and have the choice of using the restroom, searching for car accessories, refreshments, staring at your car getting washed (it’s mesmerizing) or just paying and going to the end of the lot.
The night special, which is 7 PM to 7 AM, is $ 4 but you are confined to your car.
When the car wash is finished, there are two to three guys who dry your car and wipe the windows. These guys are ok, but you can ask for a towel to finish the job yourself.
I have gotten my car detailed here once a few years ago for a hefty $ 120. They did an impeccable job.
