I have yet to have an order here that was not screwed up in some way. Tonight I order 6 mcdoubles with just cheese. I notice the receipt only says one is just cheese so I ask at the window. She said that they were all just cheese he didn’t want to put in that they were all plain.
Get home (I know experience by now should have said check), and only one is plain.
Previous experience got unsweetened iced coffee when I ordered unsweetened tea.
I could go on… Convenient location but constant screw ups make it horribly inconvenient.

Came here at 5am. Was reassured by the front desk person that food is going to be by 520am. I had to get to some place on time. 530 and still no food so I had to leave. I had no breakfast…

I work in hospital near by. I enjoy coming to this McDonald’s for lunch. The staff here is very friendly. this restaurant has tv and free wifi.

I run through here when I need a quick cup of Joe. Eh!!! Some of him the employees are ok. Some are rude. The last time I was here one was cursing out a sub manager. I mean she was using the «F» bomb left to right. I kept having to go back because they forgot to give me ketchup, hot sauce, sweetener for my tea. All the while arguing, etc. And three mangers are sitting and seem to be enjoying food with their relatives. I came In today for coffee. Today seem to be a little better. I really don’t plan on coming back if I don’t need to.

the workers at this place seem to be in a fog they just cannot get it together & I am only getting coffee & I have to explain 4 or 5 times how I want it & they still get it wrong but the place is very clean & the bathrooms are very very clean & ladies room has 2 stalls & lots of room for sure the nicest of any restaurant I have been in… will go there again for coffee

This place is really bad. The service is slow my order is wrong every other time i go there. The only reason i keep going back is that it is close to my job. A few times i went inside at about 7am and it looked like a bomb went off in there overnight. Total dumbasses behind the counter also.

No line but lots of waiting. Employees walking around getting food orders for drive-​thru but totally ignoring me standing right in front of the register (5 min). I overheard he (employee) messed up previous order. No acknowledging I was waiting for a while. It took only one minute for him to get to next customer. Food was good. Coffee made how I asked.

Why is there a McDonald’s located across the street from a hospital? Oh, it’s the Bronx. Nevermind.
The lines in here are longer than the average McDonald’s, and after you’ve waited and orderedand paid, it STILL takes forever to get your order to you. Even for just coffee. Which is usually so hot it burns your face off.
2 stars because it actually it has a bunch of TVs and free wi-​fi.

I went to this McDonalds to get a blueberry pomegranate smoothie. First of all, since I drive I went on the drive thru and nobody took my other neither they answered me. Went I decided to go to the pick up window trying to find out why nobody took my order the cashier went off on me by telling me that I was supposed to stay there until someone become available. That McDonalds suck at that location plus the customer service it’s horrible.

It’s a clean, medium-​sized McDonald’s across from Albert Einstein Hospital. They’ve got cool murals of neurons on the ceiling in the dining area.
Brotip: Uhhh, it’s food. But it’s a tad more expensive than the one further away on Williamsbridge.

I come here pretty much every other morning for my coffee. I like their coffee, except once or twice I’ve had REALLY burnt coffee. I guess it depends on the day. They are REALLY slow here and sometimes it takes about 10 – 15 minutes after ordering to get what you want.
