I called from out-​of-​state and ordered a «bright and airy English garden style fresh cut bouquet in a vase with no lilies, carnations or fillers» to be delivered to a rehab facility. Wanted to spend $ 75, so had to pay $ 60 plus delivery and then was charged $ 81.66. First of all, called at 9AM on Saturday morning and was told they could not deliver until Monday as there was no driver. The order taker was illiterate; it was unbareable; I had to spell everything letter by letter over and over again. Took me about 30 minutes to place the order, really tried my patience. I almost hung up and called somewhere else – I should have.

While my MIL was happy (or at least she said she was over the phone), I was not when I saw the picture. This is not bright, nor airy. I called to complain and asked to speak to the owner. I was told by the woman Grace who answered, «I am the owner.» Then, when I told her I was unhappy and that I either wanted some sort of a credit or a redelivery of a bright-​and-​airy bouquet, I was told, «I need to speak to my boss and will call you back tomorrow.» I said, «I thought you said you were the owner?» She says, «I am.» I say, «Then who is your boss?» I called the next day when I didn’t hear from Grace; she told me to call the next day as the owner wasn’t in. I spoke to the owner today, Sharon, who told me I must not understand what an English garden bouquet is. I asked her, «How is dark green, burgundy and blue «bright and airy»? She would not deliver a new bouquet and only offered me a «really really good deal on my next order.»
Uhh. No. There will not be a next order.

Love the fresh look of this store. It is extremely clean and has a great variety! The prices are average.
