History

Established in 1982.

Our store opened in 1982 in Throggs Neck and we have grown in two moves to larger stores on the same block. We now have three service trucks and a large showroom. This is our 33^rd year providing professional locksmith services.

Business Owner

I started working for a locksmith in 1971 while in high school. Even after I earned my federal license as an aircraft mechanic and worked for TWA, I always did locksmithing part time. After starting Galaxy Lock in 1982 I decided to make locksmithing my career and resigned from TWA. After 33 years I still look forward to going to work every day.
