Why doesn’t my review appear when one reviews this florist? Why does it list having only 2 reviews??? Unilocal is not a trusted source for honest reviews. They filter reviews! They suck!

I used this florist for my wedding and maybe I am bias, but I think they were the best bouquets ever! We met a couple times to go over the flowers I wanted and stay within my budget. I had green bridesmaid dresses with gold and ivory accents. I was trying to get my flowers to have the same colors but they insisted that I would not be happy because flowers will make the pictures POP and that we should use different colors that will help that POP! I am glad we listened and added the purple. (see pics)

So, I go in to Arjuna’s to order a funeral arrangement for my Grandfather. His funeral was just after Thanksgiving. I specifically requested sunflowers to be included in the arrangement. The service was at 11AM at St Luke’s church, literally half a block away, and I was told that the flowers would be delivered prior to the service time and because it was a funeral, they waived the «delivery fee» — which is the only thing that they did right. My mother ordered flowers from another florist — also asking that they arrive prior to 11AM. Mother’s flowers came promptly at 9:30 and were positively gorgeous — huge baskets, wonderful, appropriate flowers, the works. $ 80 for three HUGE arrangements, and no delivery fee.
My flowers arrived after 11:45, after communion. $ 40 for a tiny basket of carnations, fox gloves, and greens. Pink flowers, purple flowers. EXCUSE ME?! I was FURIOUS. Positively shaking with anger. Where were my sunflowers? How DISRESPECTFUL that these arrived AFTER THE SERVICE WAS BASICALLY OVER! I also want to note that my Grandfather and Grandmother were LOYAL customers of Arjuna’s, which is the ONLY reason I chose to go to them instead of my mother’s florist. Positively disgusted. But, to add insult to injury.
I go to Arjuna’s after the reception, and explain the situation. I am fuming. A ditzy, young blonde pipes up and giggles, «Oh sorry, that was my mistake. Teehee!» EXCUSE ME?! Your MISTAKE??! Absolutely NO respect what so ever. They refunded my money, but grudgingly. To wit:
Disrespectful, overpriced, won’t give you what you REQUEST and PAY FOR, and overall, will not deliver in a timely fashion.
I suggest going to Lynn’s Floral Design, on Country Road in Brockport. I will never shop at Arjuna’s again. Ever.
