I eat here about 2 times a week. Most of the time I’m in and out with no problem. Staff is friendly. I wish the restaurant was bigger.

I was here waiting in line for 40 minutes, with only four people ahead of me. At one point there were 9 burritos on the line, most finished(with nobody rolling them) and some(including mine) just sitting in purgatory while the horribly poorly strained staff left the line to go get more ingredients in the slowest manner possible. Then, halfway through they began making on online order, which somehow and for some reason took precedence over the half-finished burritos sitting on the counter. It was a truly awful experience and I will never be back to this location. Granted, all chipotle tastes the same but this was like pulling teeth. Did they open this location without a single Chipotle veteran on the pay roll to oversee and train? Something horrible has happened at this location, and it goes beyond«just opened up» status.

Location has only been open a week or so, so expect a loooong out the door line at lunchtime. Today I am waiting for my faxed in order. Currently it’s 35 min past when it was requested. But the team is hustling and will hopefully become a well oiled machine once the growing pains are over. Minimal indoor seating, at least 4 or 5 outdoor seats.
