every time I come to this chilis, I always have a problem with the food. the appetizers are good, drinks are good. my Cajun chicken pasta was lukewarm, the actual chicken was cold. we asked for another, it did come out hot. flavor is good. the burger we ordered was undercooked, asked for another, was even more undercooked. the manage was very nice & helpful though.

Chilis food has been getting worse for years. Burger bites suck and fajitas are getting to be less and less portions. This particular Chilis is bad service. Bartender mid day is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Looks understaffed. Bartender was ok but one of those guys who is more worried about making jokes then actual service. Also Chilis pickles are disgusting. Garlic taste that carries over into next day regardless of the listerine u consume after eating them. Not appealing at all like it was 10 years ago. This place in Bristol looks more up to date but not great service with a decline of good food quality but that’s on the franchise and happening to them all.

Terrible, to many bad experiences to begin to list. Rotten food, hair in food! A lot more choices than that dump! Staff is more interested in social affairs, rather than taking care of the customers! Worst management I have ever seen! Stay as far away as possible!

Me and my family love Chili’s! My wife’s a vegetarian, she always gets a burger minus the meat and instead substitutes the meat for the black bean patty. For myself I always get the southern smokehouse burger. We always get the never ending chips and salsa. Great place for kids. They have a tablet at every table that they can play on to keep them occupied while waiting for their food to come. Servers are excellent always making sure everything is ok.

Im not one to seek out a chain but when you have kids in tow, chains are an excellent choice and in that aspect Chili’s is a solid one. The service is always great, the menu has something for everyone, even the picky eaters and it’s extensive to boot. I opted for the Santa Fe Chicken Salad and it was excellent. Im not a big salad person because I never feel full after but this one was tasty and filling! The girls all found something they liked but the fan favorites were the Berry Blast drink and the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. If you have to choose between TGI Fridays or Chilis, Hands down I choose Chilis.

It’s a Chili’s I think we all know what to expect.
That being said the service here is generally pretty awesome. That brings it up from a 3 to a four star review.
Food mediocre. Beer cold. Drinks just the right strength.

Upon arrival the restaurant is very clean. There was no host to greet or seat us we waited for 7 minutes until a server waiting on a table said she’d take care of us. We were seated and ordered chips and salsa for our app. The chips were stale, cold and soggy like they were heated then forgotten about. I ordered southwestern egg rolls which were very soggy.(I’ve ordered them
Before and they were crisp) service was attentive once we were seated. I will not be back to this Chilis.

Each time I have been here, food has always come out quick and correct, always hot, and margaritas are great. Tonight, I was impressed by Shirley our server. This is the second time she has waited on us, and she has always been pleasant and so quick and great at what she does. She recommended the featured patron margarita that was shaken with fresh blackberries. It was AMAZING, even better than the already amazing raspberry margarita that’s usually on their featured menu. My sirloin steak was cooked just the way I like it. The best Chili’s around for sure, great food and awesome staff. Thanks guys!
