Selection is just ok and the hours are limited, so it’s a pain to find time to go into the store.
I’ve been here several times and the sales people are very rude and not very knowledgeable. There are so many stone yards in the Bay Area. Don’t waste your time at this one.

The owner reached out to me and made arrangements to come out to our home and inspect the counter top. Apparently he was out of the country and this caused the delay in his response. He came out and was very kind. He offered to treat the counter top, helping to remove of the stains. I’m happy with his response but would recommend that their sales staff warn future customers wishing to purchase the St. Laurent, that it’s prone to staining and shows the stains especially since it is dark brown. Overall, I’m happy with his interest helping to resolve our issue.

Worst experience ever. My installer reserved a slab for me, so I came to inspect/​approve my slab (as requested by IRG). I waited about 15 minutes to get some help (not unusual for this place), and, when it was my turn, the sales rep pointed to the back of the warehouse and said my slab was somewhere in the corner and then she walked off. I had to go look for my slab (which I never found). I tried to get more help finding my slab, but nobody was available to talk to me. The same woman pointedly ignored me, so I just gave up and decided to just leave.
They would not provide a sample of the slab that I was purchasing, even though the manager had provided me with similar ones in different materials prior to that, and I had already taken one from the box at the front of the store (that other customers were helping themselves to without harassment). I told them I’m spending thousands of dollars with them, so they should give me a sample. I was told «Tough luck, you’re not getting one» and «you’re just going to have to deal with it.» (direct quotes)
I’ve been there four times now, and they’ve been rude every time, but this time was so far beyond unacceptable that I just can’t stomach spending money with them at this point. I ended up getting the sample from my installer later who agreed that was unacceptable.
Your installer might send you here — Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the poor treatment. There are plenty of other stone yards that have a better selection.

IRG has a very large warehouse of interesting stone of all types. Service was helpful, but a bit slow to engage. Prices were «north-​Peninsula» high, and it was more difficult to get them than at smaller shops. You’ll know what I mean when you visit. I suggest you look at granite in Hayward, where the prices are more wholesale. A bridge toll will save you a lot.

Granite, Marble, Quartzite — Unless you went to the Colorado School of Mines — I suspect you know as much about their strengths, differences and weaknesses when used as countertops in the home and kitchen as I did BEFORE I got my FULL EDUCATION and WHITE GLOVE service from my new best friend and stone SHERPA, CHARLIE OF IRG.
Oh yeah, there are now all these man-​made stones as well, which appear to have benefits — but not until you speak with an EXPERT. That gets me to this review.
Thank god we ran into CHARLIE while wandering around IRG in Brisbane, CA over Easter and Passover weekend. He looked like an owner, given his «roll up the sleeves and let’s get it done» approach to helping us — later I found out he mainly works in the Marin/​Sonoma part of the Bay — but we likely caught him on a rare weekend in Brisbane.
Now I know that synthetic quartz can leave burn marks when hot items are placed on them,…and when we looked at a big old slab of the «white marble» looking manmade stuff it failed to satisfy like real stone. If not for CHARLIE we might have been really unhappy with our selection. Now we have three slabs of white «marble looking» matched and aligned Quartzite sitting in their GIGANTIC AIRPLANE HANGER SIZED WAREHOUSE ready for our stone cutter/​fabricator to do his thing.
I can’t say enough nice things about IRG and Charlie. The guy was a professional and from walking us through all the options, to having the guys driving this specially equipped forklift that picks up each slab of stone and gently placing it so you can look at each giant slab under light and see if it meets your needs, to writing us up and holding the slabs for 10 days (very reasonable in my opinion) at no cost to us — so we can talk to our fabricator and home construction team to coordinate times and delivery dates,…the whole process was painless and actually very satisfying. I wish every aspect of our complete kitchen redo would be this easy, cost-​effective and satisfying.
Charlie and IRG — THANKS for ALL the PROFESSIONAL HELP and IMMENSE CHOICES of BUILDING MATERIALS! We’ll be back and I have absolutely NO HESITATION sharing our great experiences with friends and colleagues. Oh,…and be sure to ASK for CHARLIE and tell him, Alan «Braciole Boy» sent you.

I resurfaced the entire outdoor area of my house and the tiles I chose tuned out to be very slippery when wet. We couldn’t safely use our swimming pool or walk outside safely when it rained or drizzled! So we felt desperate. We contacted IRG and they were incredibly dedicated in trying to help us find a solution. They came to our house and brought a Slipperiness Test Specialist (not from IRG) and did all the testing in front of me. The tests showed that the tiles past the standard requirements for slipperiness but for us it didn’t mean anything because the tiles were still slippery. So they came back for another tests and the results were the same.
Dilmohan, the owner, was very hands on and came to my house for all the tests to make sure that everything was correctly done.
IRG helped me find a solution for my slippery floor after a couple months of research and tested samples. Turned out we had to sandblast the whole thing. The outcome was excellent. The floor is not longer slippery when wet at all and we are very happy.
The whole process was a bummer for us and for IRG but they sure made the best out of it and took full responsibility for everything even though the sliperiness tests showed that our tiles were under the standard acceptible numbers.
Most companies out there would have said they had nothing to do with it and walked away. IRG proved to us that they care about their costumers full satisfaction more than the majority of sellers out there.

After searching and searching for a stone company we ended up buying from IRG and the product we selected was Pentalquartz for our kitchen. The price was right and the salesperson Alexis was very helpful and personable. Alexis and the staff were always welcoming as I went a few times and they didn’t mind me having a toddler with me. (which many places gave me the stink eye).
I’d give 5 stars but was promised a delivery on X day and didn’t get the delivery until a full 7 days later. This pushed back my entire kitchen remodel by 1 week and with that, I will give 3 stars. It’s a combination 50 – 50 of being great to work with and then delivering on time.
I would buy from them again but I’d be sure to call and call and confirm the delivery!

This is the first time I have bought slabs and ceramic tiles at IRG with the sales person Jeremy. Throughout several interactions with Jeremy, I have been very happy with what I bought. Jeremy is very professional, cordial and most importantly, very knowledgeable and experienced in helping me selecting the materials. I got some very awesome tiles and a slab. When some slabs didn’t quite fit my selection, IRG was very kind to take back my slabs and offered a refund.
My experience with IRG is A+. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

My wife and I have been to many places to look at Granite/​Marble/​limestone/​Quartz
I must say this is the very best place to shop for that. Everyone in the showroom has very much knowledge in this selection process. We drove all the way from the East Bay Area to go there, Great selection and great prices. I would like to say everyone very friendly and professional too,. My wife is very picky and asked lots of questions over and over again and the salespeople were very patient with her and took a lot of time for her to make a decision. Now we ready to purchase.
Great place to shop I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I am an interior designer that is very particular where I take my clients. I have been to many stone places and find Integrated Resources Group to be top notch. They have the most gorgeous slabs of anyplace I’ve been, interesting and unique natural marbles, granites, quartzite and glass. I always have had excellent service/​experience there, the owners are fantastic people that are patient and understand that this is a big decision for clients. After all, it is the most important element in a kitchen or bathroom. I will always return to IRG, my clients and I enjoy our journey thru the aisles of beautiful stone! After a long day, I write my tale of woe:
We started going to IRG months ago when we started planning an entire home remodel.
I went many times and spent hours wandering alone through the warehouse with a clipboard, waiting hours for a sales person to make time for me. I needed basic questions answered, like how much the different stones cost. You can’t get this information without talking to a sales person. We need a few different stones. One of which is very unique, the others more regular.
About 4 weeks ago, our contractor told us we need to finalize our decisions. I went back to IRG. I work, so I usually go in on Saturday. I waited a long time and finally got the attention of one of the sales persons, Alexis. I had come to know her as the most knowledgeable. I looked through the specific stone I wanted. This type of stone is very unique and varies slab by slab. It is also expensive. I chose a slab and Alexis put a hold on it for me. She did warn me that that particular slab might be sold. She said she would call me if it was. No one called.
Next week, I took off of work, thinking that I would quickly buy my special slab and choose the other regular marbles and close the deal. I saw that my hold tag was gone. I was told that the stone was sold. Alexis reminded me that she had said it might be. (Yes, but she also said she would call me if it was… But, I thought, ok, I was warned. I was disappointed, but…) Alexis was busy with another customer, so I worked with Jeremy. With Jeremy, I looked at other slabs. The remaining slabs were not the best dimension for my long counter. So, I put two slabs on hold and needed to check with the fabricator and contractor to see if these dimensions will work. Jeremy assured me that he would call me if there was any problem. He knew that I had already had a slab sold without notice so I thought that I could rely on his assurances that he would call me. He also said they would call me before releasing the hold to another person. (Surely they wouldn’t sell a slab out from under me twice; and without a call twice.)
I didn’t receive a call. I went back about 10 days later. I didn’t see my holds or slabs. I thought they might have moved them. I spoke with Jeremy about the slabs, and we went and looked at the stones. My holds were gone and so were my slabs. I asked why he didn’t call. He said «Oh, we don’t call people any more.» He became quite squirrelly and said he needed to work with another customer. So, I worked with Courtney. Courtney and I then started going through these. There were lots of holds and some that were «sold». I saw a stone that might work; I noticed that the hold on it had expired a few days earlier. I asked to put it on hold. Courtney said, No. She said, we NEVER release a hold, even an expired hold, unless we speak with the customer before. (!!!) I told her what happened to me and what Jeremy said («We don’t call»). She said, sorry.
So, today I called and asked to speak with the owner Ameeta. I started the call by saying, I thought you might want to hear what has happened to me. I told Ameeta my story. She said she would call me back. (She didn’t take my number.)
Interestingly, she called me back (she must have had my number). When she called back she said, IRG doesn’t spend time calling people back because that is not productive. She said, if I want a stone, I need to come in and buy it the same day. She said, that if I wait a month to come back that the hold will not be in place. (I answered, I didn’t wait a month; it was a week on the first, and then 10 days on the second.) She said I should have called and checked on the slabs. (??? your employees assured me that they would call me). She blamed me because I did not call. (Am I supposed to nag the employees? Jeremy assured me that I would have time to check with my contractor and fabricator. They said they would call if there was an issue.)
IRG’s owner blamed me when IRG sold these very unique slabs sold out from under me. I thought the owner would at least say something like, this is not supposed to happen. I thought she would take responsibility. She did not. She did offer that she released a hold on one of the stones so if I want to come in, I can buy it today. (I wonder if she checked with that customer.)
Anyhow.
I like to work with businesses that deal fairly with people. I expect a business to follow through on what they say, and admit it if they drop the ball. I don’t deal with a business expects me to drop everything on a work day to rush to their store to pay thousands of dollars, when they have already double sold multiple stones on me.
It fatigues me that IRG wasted so much of my time. IRG has set me back on our project for weeks. It fatigues me to start over on a time consuming search for an appropriate stone and dealer. But that is what I will have to do. Very disappointing.

We drove from the Carmel, CA area to North San Jose All Natural Stone warehouse. It exudes quality. Fortuitously we drove further North on the highway a little further with the easy directions (below) to a beautiful warehouse with a huge assortment of marbles, quartzite’s and granites. We were assisted by the owner Ameeta, who is very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and executive. She seems to have a flair for design and what coordinates. She led us to a beautiful stone out of the several we picked out. We found «the One» and it is on our kitchen counters today. She worked with us for cost effectiveness. I will definitely refer IRG. Thanks IRG!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Alexis was a breath of fresh air who knew just how to help us. We have been to many of the other stone showrooms across the Bay Area and were never given this type of service. AND it is wonderful to get the price right upfront rather than having to wait for the fabricator.

First, let me say that my lovely experience with Alexis at IRG was *the polar opposite* of my horrible experience with Granite Expo in Emeryville. From our first contact (she knew we were coming and greeted us on arrival) to selecting our stone (discussing practicalities and details with impeccable attention to us and our thought process) throughout, I can honestly say that IRG is *exactly* the type of business that earns repeat business. Efficient, friendly and cost-​effective, there is truly no reason to go anywhere else, and I will use them for any of my stone and tile needs moving forward.

I recently had an experience at Integrated Resources Group (IRG) that was worthy of me sitting down to write my first ever Unilocal review. I am a general contractor in San Bruno, and I was remodeling a bathroom for a client who had chosen a 12″ by 24″ marble tile for her shower surround and bathroom floor. Halfway through the installation process, my client decided that she did not like the tile she had chosen to install.
Then next day my client and I returned to IRG (where she had purchased the tile) and sat down with a young lady named Alexis who had been working with my client and who had facilitated the order. Alexis understood that we needed a new tile ASAP because we had a bathroom torn apart, and she came to our rescue. She allowed my client to return all of the unused tiles (even the special-​order pencil liner that IRG would not be able to return themselves!), and she assisted my client with choosing a tile that she was happy with. We ended up choosing a much, much cheaper tile than before, but Alexis’s only concern was to make us happy. Within 24 hours of our job stopping, we were tiling the walls and floor with the new material.
If you are in the market for tile or stone, I would definitely recommend doing business with Integrated Resources Group.

I recently worked with Estella at IRG and she was extremely helpful in picking out the right granite for my kitchen project. IRG has a huge warehouse of granite with a wide variety of styles and price ranges. Estella was patient and knew a lot about the intricacies of each product, which helped make the decision easier both on the design and budget issues. I highly recommend IRG for anyone who is looking for a product that is of the highest quality and a staff that is knowledgeable and friendly.

During our kitchen remodel about 3 years ago, after exhausting and walking through practically every Bay Area granite warehouse/​yard, we found that IRG had the best selection & prices around. I stumbled on this place as I work in Brisbane, walked in on my lunch hour and found the perfect granite slab, that had just come in, Antigua Gold.
We are currently working on 2 bathroom remodels and hopefully I will find another that will suit perfectly :)

We bought a beautiful piece of granite here, also worked with the back splash tile, the only place to find the perfect stone.
Very knowledgeable staff (not all of them) — find one of the ladies.

We searched far and wide for our granite slab … visiting 20+ stores throughout the Greater Bay Area. San Carlos, South City, SF, Hayward, San Leandro, San Jose, Concord … sigh.
Our mistake was that we actually went to IRG very early in the process — and loved what they offered — but decided to do more «homework» and visit other establishments. You know, dot the i’s and cross the t’s.
But ultimately, a serious waste of fuel and time. Learn from our mistake and focus on IRG from the start — their selection/​prices were superior to any place we visited and their service was top-​notch. There’s no need to look elsewhere for granite/​marble slabs.
We settled on a beautiful Bourdeaux River slab and it looks great in our kitchen!

So you’re doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel, and you decided on natural stone countertops. Good choice. But you don’t want the same Juparana, Santa Cecilia, Black Galaxy, etc that everyone else has. After all, it has to have your individual touch!
IRG is the place to go. Not only do they have literally thousands of slabs under one roof, but they have many colors you’ll never find elsewhere. You can truly find unique slabs with terrific veining and movement for a reasonable price.
Staff will provide samples right off the slab you’re looking at. They’ll also get you pricing while you wait.
IF you can find or have a good contractor to finish the slab you’ll make out with a unique countertop at a competitive price. There are other places to buy slabs (Daltile and STC in San Leandro come to mind) but neither has the vast, unique selection like IRG. So if you want that individual, custom look, this is the place to go.
