Duncan Chiropractic Group

We love DCG and have been going there for over five years. Staff is friendly, doctors are knowledgeable, and massage therapists know what they are doing to help alleviate pain. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic Chiropractic Care! I am truly amazed by the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere at Duncan Chiropractic Group. They know me by name, they know my family. They have truly helped my back and have even prevented my kids from getting tubes in their ears, by naturally eliminating their ear infections. I am a true believer in chiropractic care and in Duncan Chiropractic Group!!!

I receive regular chiropractic care and since we travel a lot, I’m frequently trying out new chiropractic offices. I judge a chiropractic office on the following:
1) Office personnel — phone friendly and face-​to-​face friendly. Either of those things can kill my experience before I even see the doctor!
2) Wait time — especially if I have an appointment. If I’m a walk-​in I don’t mind waiting a while, but don’t cram people into appointments if you can’t honor that time.
3) Finally, the doctor — both the ability to build rapport as well as the treatment itself.
Duncan Chiropractic gets high marks on all three criteria. Most often I went as a walk-​in, and his front office always greeted me with a smile. There’s a positive energy floating around the office from personnel to patients. The doctors (I saw two different ones) spent a couple minutes talking about what’s going on, etc., and I got great adjustments. I know it’s an assembly line, but I don’t want to FEEL like I’m an assembly line.
Their equipment is modern and the office décor is warm and inviting. Definitely recommend!

Up until a year ago, I was never a big believer in chiropractic care. When I experienced some neck and shoulder pain that would not go away, I decided to give Dr. Duncan a try.
I found that this office is focused on customer service and professionalism. I was never given a hard sell for more treatments. He took good care of me and I have been pain free for months. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan and the rest of the staff.
