A couple of days ago during a heavy rain, while driving home from work on the highway, my passenger side windshield wiper just flew off of my car! Rain was in the forecast for the next few days, so I needed a quick repair. I made it into Brighton, and had been to this Quickie Lube a couple of times in the past for oil changes (the service went great, no complaints at all) and I thought I remembered that they did wiper blades as well as oil changes. I sailed in about 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they already had two customers that they were trying to finish up with, but they still let me in. When it was my turn, they helped me choose new wiper blades, & installed them for me. They couldn’t have been any nicer, and they stayed 30 minutes after their closing time to help me. I was so grateful! What a couple of nice guys, thank you!

Bad experience. Two employees were sitting in chairs watching a movie when I pulled up. They gave me my oil change but didn’t seem very interested in helping me with a few simple questions I had. One of the employees sat back down, put his feet up and went back to watching his movie before I even pulled out of the shop. Heard the f bomb drop at least twice from whatever he was watching. Terrible customer service and professionalism.
