My wife and I both used Ultimate to get our cars detailed before selling them. They did an EXCELLENT job, touched up a couple paint areas, and even assisted in getting the cars sold. Going there was the best decision I could make for good service and real customer satisfaction. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly return.

We recently used Ultimate Body to detail a used Jeep that had pet odor and smoke. They were very up front about what they could and couldn’t do. They did an excellent job getting the inside very clean and free of pet hair. A piece of their equipment was out of order that would have helped with the smoke smell, but they gave some excellent advise on how to get it out myself, I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone that asks! I am always pleased to be able to work with family owned and operated businesses.

I took my car here, and they did a fantastic job cleaning it. In fact, they did too good of a job and removed the DNR and Metroparks stickers I just bought for the year. When I talked to the staff about it, they claimed I was trying to get them to pay for last year’s sticker. They refused to pay for it, or apologize.
