Purchased a Groupon to attend a beaded bracelet class. When I called to schedule it, the woman was very disorganized, shuffling papers, and putting me on hold. I finally told her I would call back, which I did. The morning of the class there was a huge snowstorm. I called several times and sent an email to ascertain that the class was going to take place. After not receiving a reply, I assumed the class was NOT cancelled. I showed up and no one was there. The parking lot was empty and the store was closed. Later that evening I received a reply to my email which contained one word, «Sorry.» I had hoped for a follow up phonecall or email but not a word! Groupon refunded my money.

Went to the store for a class. The class area has stuff everywhere and there is little to no space to do the project. The owner taught the class and she is very passionate and obviously enjoys what she does. The owner’s husband came into the class and argues with the method his wife was teaching and mentioned money and what we owed a few times. It was very awkward when I left and the owner’s husband who was covering the register argued with the owner about what I owed after I used the Groupon. I felt very uncomfortable. Not sure if I will be returning.
