Hired them to powerwash my small front walkway, a paver patio and the back of my house which has vinyl siding. did a very good job on the walkway and the patio and a mediocre job on the siding. they got the algae off but the siding is still covered with little black spores that easilywipe off with my finger nail or a brush but didn’t come off with their pressure washing. In addition I recently had a new roof put on and there was some black tar on the siding. The first time out they left it there completely. When they came back they got some of it but not all of it off.
they charged me $ 200 and said the job would take 3 hours for 2 people but then spent 4.5 hours into the job so the price was quite high for the time spent, esp since there was more that could have been done.
the positives were they came right over and did the work the next day, but I would not use them again as I think I overpaid and am not happy that I will still need to spend a lot of time cleaning my side with a brush.
