Established in 1955.

A. Amendt Pest Control Co., Inc. has been servicing the tri-​state area for over half of a century. The company was started by John and Phyllis Amendt in 1955 in the basement of the their Southwest Philadelphia home. Experience, Value, Integrity and Warranty are the principles on which the Amendt ‘s built their family business. Since then the company has grown to be one of the première pest control companies in the Philadelphia area. We now service hundreds of commercial and residential customers. John Amendt Jr. still owns and operates the company. Our business continues to grow thanks to good referrals from all of our satisfied customers.

John Amendt Jr. owns and operates A. Amendt Pest Control Co., Inc.

John has earned degrees from Penn State University and Eastern College. John has over 40 years of experience in the pest control industry. John has also been coaching football for over 40 years. He has coached football teams at Roman Catholic High School, Widener University and The University of Pennsylvania just to name a few. John takes great pride in the family business and continues to strive to provide our customers with best service available.
